McDonald's — Restaurant in Enola

UPDATE: Came back 6 months later to try again. No change, same MO. 10pm cars backed up into the street. No one's moved for 10min so I pulled out of line again . No one cares at this place of business. Ownership should be ashamed of how it treats customers. I guess when the $ keeps rolling in, why bother. Worst McDonald's ever.

Jan 2019- Placed order in drive through at ~1205 am. On a Saturday night/Sunday morning .. (busy time, right?) Sat in line with 3 cars in front of me for a solid 10min and nobody moved. Eventually Pulled out of line and called it a night. Disgraceful. It's a fast food joint. If something is wrong inside, have the damn decency to send someone out to notify the 7 cars in line as to what the hell is holding up the line. Managers should be held accountable but probably hide in the back.

PS: the whole time I was sitting in line I was trying to login the the McDonald's app on my phone, but as per usual with that POS , I kept getting a server error and advised me to restart the app 5 times. A total failure with this company tonight. Won't be back. Wendy's (2 min up the road) or Burger King...

It's busy, I get it, it's noon. We were going to go through the drive through, but it was backed up so we decided to go inside. We ordered pretty quickly with only one person in front if us, but then we ended up waiting 20 minutes for our food at a dirty table. Once we got our food, we found it cold, dry, and old, except one sandwich. The condiments bar was dirty and I had to use a napkin to use the ketchup dispenser. There seemed to be no communication regarding the oders coming through and the lead staff member was micromanaging the staff and oblivious to the orders coming through. This seed to be the reason our food was cold. Other staff members seemed frustrated with this individual, were not helping with orders, and just standing around. When we usually go, in the morning, on Saturdays, through the drive through, it's fine (mistakes here and there, but fine overall) and the staff is friendly. Will not be going...

I'm not quite sure who's getting paid off to pass the inspections for this location... Not just for the cross-contamination and raw egg goo all over everything including every trash can but the fact that the water heater doesn't work properly even after resetting... The actual dishwasher is cold during and after running a cycle... But don't complain about it because you...
