I order from this Jersey Mike's once every 2 or 3 weeks. Never had any major problems. A missing brownie here an order not made perfectly there, not the end of the world...right? Now I take advantage of the apps Doordash option because I'm busy cleaning or fixing something and when I hear the doorbell, I know its break time. This time however deals with the Door Dasher and the lack of communication from this store today (20250727) to try to upchannel the issue. I order from the app everytime and everytime the order is delivered its always been the same, bag sealed at the mid point of the bag opening or with multiple strips with the seal tape and all contents inside including the bottled/canned drinks. Today's order, delivered by Sierra, was the first time I received an order with the bottled drink outside the bag. Now both seals were not compromised though were basically taped at the corners of the bag opening. Brought the order inside, broke the seals and ate my sandwich. My Pepsi however, went to crack it open and the cap was already open. I unscrewed the cap and saw lip balm on the rim. The cap and rim even have a feint odor that is nowhere close to Pepsi. I can't place the odor but almost smells similar to a musk smell, like a sweaty armpit after working out kind of musk. Anyway, after receiving the order until now its been a little under 2 and a half hours. I tried calling Jersey Mike's 7 times within an hour span to upchannel the issue and get some info how to press on about this but no one answered. A 17 minute phone call to Doordash support and 2 support personnel later I managed to get a complaint put on the books. This spot really hasn't given me much issue as of yet and I know the delivery portion is out of their hands but still being, for lack of a better term "radio silent", is a little aggravating. Today the place was empty, the sandwich was not made, fine-it's happens. However, when asked, the manager lady began an inquisition. Is it the right store?: Yes. Are you sure? (She asked several times): Yes, I don't even have to do anything, we order so often it comes up automatically, I got a confirmation. Are you sure it's the right time?: Yes. Maybe if you ordered it in the middle of the night...: No, this was an hour ago. I come here every Friday, same time. I got a confirmation. Her: I'm here every Friday and I've never seen you before.: That's because I don't get in the line, I order online ahead of time, walk in, and pick it up and leave. We don't have the order: I have a confirmation email, but I might have deleted it, let me check. Her with attitude: Oh, so you deleted it? Yes. Why would you delete it?: Because I get one every week. But I may have it in my trash folder. Hold on. Either way, I still need the sandwiches, will you make my order. Her: But why would you delete it?: Will you make my order? You deleted the confirmation?: I told her to go ahead and just take my order and make it while I was standing there. ugh THEN, while doing so, someone said they found the order. No apology, nothing--after being treated like someone who was trying to rip them off, or a stupid old man. This is the first time we've ever had anything like this happen there. Read moreWe placed a mobile order at 11:45 am and did not walk out with our sub until 12:45 pm. I waited in line like everyone else to tell them I had a mobile order. I was told it would be right up. People who were behind me in line were being helped and given their subs before my order was even being worked on. I finally got my order at 12:33 and it was made incorrectly. I approached the worker starting the subs and told her that my sub was made incorrectly. She said she would get to it eventually. I had already waited for this sub for 45 minutes and she was going take me wait all over again to fix my sub. About 15 minutes later I finally received my sub made again but it still does not taste like the subs I have had from this store before. I understand that there were other people trying to order but the workers were ignoring the mobile/online orders even though there were lots of people waiting for their mobile orders to be made. I was not the only mobile orders person that was visibly upset with the service so I want to make sure that the manager is aware of this...
