Cactus Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Enterprise

I wanted to update my experience here, I love that they really went above and beyond to make sure to correct the situation. I came back and got three more simpler drinks: Taro, Watermelon and Jasmine flavors and all with Lychee jelly. It could be the Lychee jelly perhaps, he said.

I’m absolutely shocked this place has such high reviews. I typically do not give one or two stars unless there is something serious like really horrible customer service or the business needs to really improve.

All three boba teas were as sweet as the drink you get to test if you have diabetes when pregnant. It was like 15 times sweeter than it needed to be. I don’t know if the person making it hated their job or if they genuinely felt like maybe we would like it sweet to the max. It was diabetes ready sweet. I never had this experience at a boba teas place. It’s like mostly syrup.

Below is the strawberry pineapple slush that separated after 10 minutes. I think you can see the syrup amount.

The amount of toppings was decent.

We could not finish any of the three drinks and resorted to drinking water. We also tried adding water to it and it didn’t work.

Yo, so I rolled into Cactus Bubble Tea the other day and man, it was a game changer. The place is super clean, not like some other spots where everything's all sticky and the vibe is kinda gloomy. Here, it was bright and inviting, and the staff were on point - super friendly and got my order out fast.

Now let’s talk about the real deal - the milk tea. They use actual real ingredients and not that powdered stuff, a total win in my book. You can taste the authenticity and it’s just so much richer. The boba was the cherry on top, perfect texture and not too mushy.

Seriously, if you're into good quality milk tea, Cactus Bubble Tea is where it’s at. Can't wait to hit it...

After some light shopping at the outlet with my mother on a Wednesday evening, I thought we would end our outting with some tea for my mother and boba for me. Which we did HOWEVER, the service from Elizabeth - that has been working there from over a year and “she only works there” so she can’t help you, yet gives me a lecture and explains to me how I was the one that got my order wrong” was beyond rude. I mean, clearly I know she works there, why does she have to reiterate it to me and why would I care to know your length of employment?
