I had a free night (that I forgot about) which expired today so booked this Garden Inn since it was close to home (in case I needed to run home for the doggo). The hotel is convenient located South Strip - a stone's throw from the outlet mall and about 5 minutes from the airport and Town Square - and about 10 minutes from the larger South Strip resorts. If you've been to a Garden Inn, this location is your standard cookie cutter Garden Inn: dining area to one side when you walk in, front desk in the back (with fresh-baked cookies), gym and outdoor pool further to the back, four stories, and cozy. The room felt a little dated but everything worked and was clean. There's a little out-of-place area in the back of the room where they put a chair and floor lamp but probably used to have a small couch and coffee table. Fridge, microwave, Keurig brewer - check, check, and check. The one thing I really like about the Garden Inns are the breakfasts. I'm a Hilton lad so make the rounds between the Hampton Inns, Home2 Suites, and Homewood Suites whenever I travel. I obviously like Hilton properties and that's why l stay there but the breakfasts are standard hotel breakfasts. The Garden Inn offers made-to-order options so it's a great change-up. Depending on your tier status, breakfast for two can be one of your options; otherwise, it sells for $13.95 at this location. Breakfast ended up being the best part of our stay. The host was a friendly youngster and our server was amazing - super, super sweet. My wife and I both ordered the omelette but she said the French toast was really good and convinced us to order it as well. While waiting for that, you can go to the buffet-style breakfast area to grab fresh fruits, breakfast meats and eggs, cereal, and breads. The omelettes were really good and I was really impressed with the presentation of the French toast. The bacon and sausage links are also real. You know what I mean when I say this, right? I didn't get the scrambled eggs but they're also probably real here as well. If you're a staycation kind of person or family and a good breakfast is a requirement, then I think this Hilton Garden Inn is right up your alley!

So my wife and wanted to stay somewhere different and I chose this hotel. It wasn't our experience. There was black mold-like "stuff" at the bottom of the shower. Then the bathroom doorframe needed some touching up as the bottom appeared to be a bit rusted. My wife did not feel comfortable about taking a shower. Then there was a tiny stain that looked like blood on the wall near the hair dryer. The bed was very uncomfortable, and one side sunk in. When we spoke with the front desk about the bed, they advised that it is an adjustable bed. Didnt know that, and didn't know to ask. The front desk staff, both in the evening and in the morning were very nice. Overall it was just an uncomfortable stay. I thought the experience would be similar to the Hilton Garden Vacation on Paradise rd near the convention center in Las Vegas.

I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn South Strip because I had stayed there before and enjoyed it. My stay was from Tuesday night to Saturday morning. The staff during the weekdays were excellent, but seemed to lack customer service on the weekend. |This stay was nice, quiet, and conveniently located for the activities I had planned. The thing to note is that the hotel was undergoing renovations in August 2025, and I am unsure how long they will take to complete. |The renovations seemed to include having tree trimmers trim trees at the pool without putting out a sign that the pool was closed until much later in the afternoon. Another time when I was going back to my room, the elevator button had white dust all over, as well as on the floor of the elevator, who knows what that was. During my stay I also witness what I am almost certain was a john paying a prostitute at the cash machine near the elevators. |The room that I stayed in was renovated. The room had an adjoining door, I did not care for that. The room was nice looking and had a decent view of the mountains, when there was not poor air quality due to California wildfires. As far as the renovated room, the fan in the bathroom did not work, which was confirmed by an employee. And he mentioned that none of the fans in the bathrooms were functional. |Additionally, the toilet had major pressure problems when flushing and clogged very easily. There was also a strange light brown splash-like spot on one of the unused rolls of toilet paper. Despite the renovated room, it seemed like the bathroom was not renovated at all. |The room included a microwave and a small mini fridge that was great to store water, or food bought at the grocery store for snacks or meals. There was also a Whole Foods close by on the strip and several Walmart stores with grocery pretty close.|During one of my first nights staying at this hotel, I heard a noise at the door and in the morning there was a small coupon flyer for a pizza place. I did not know at the time but the Las Vegas police website tells visitors that if they receive flyers like that to alert hotel staff about any unsolicited flyers. |The additional breakfast was wonderful, especially Cindy who was our server and nice gentleman who made sure that the breakfast that I paid extra for was on my room notes. I did book my stay through Hilton Vacations and the breakfast did not show up as included my first morning despite that I showed the staff my invoice with the breakfast. |The buffet was tasty and included a choice of oatmeal, eggs, sausage, bacon, yogurt, cereal, mini pastries, bagels, toast, etc. I would recommend paying for the breakfast or dinner meals, though I did not dine at the hotel for dinner. I did not see milk anywhere for those people who wanted cereal or just to drink it. They did have Coffee, hot water for tea and water available; you could also ask for juice. |The hotel also offered a place to buy water, other beverages, a small pharmacy section with pain relievers, hairbrushes, frozen meals, and deodorant. |The hotel was very close to the airport and the rental car parking ramp area if you use Turo or another car rental service. So, if you rent a car this is a great option for a hotel. Parking was free if you rent a car and the spaces available during the week were good. On Friday the parking got more difficult and less spaces were available for some reason. There is also a great outlet shopping mall called Shoppes at Townsquare super close was a fun...

There was there was zero help with my My wedding afterwards the celebration we had to struggle to take everything up to our room there was never no help offered and also when I asked for they did not have! like a stand for our welcome sign they didn’t even have a stand so we had to buy one and they didn’t help with taking it down and with the flower petals they just said you can’t have flower petals. And then when I ordered my arch my arch had flowers on it when the arch came on my wedding day there was no flowers on it the next day I saw a beautiful arch with flowers on it from another wedding party and I was furious when asked about this arch that I saw and I didn’t have in my wedding they had nothing to say and basically never try to reprimand it the room was nice the area is nice the service at my wedding was nice my wedding planner was not soo handy and she did not keep in touch with me at all during my wedding planning days when it was the weekend when I told her I wanted to be in touch during the day of my wedding so that we can make sure things went the way I wanted it so I had to be surprised with everything I was surprised! Definitely by the food the food was bland it was not what I tasted had it tasted the way that I tasted it on my wedding day I would not have chose this place had I known that the shuttle was down so my people had to choose to take a taxi or an Uber I would not have chose this place for my wedding so a lot of things they could’ve fixed and dealt with better as I feel they should not have had any weddings there if your shuttle is shut down that’s the most convenient part about having a destination wedding is to have a shuttle in my opinion. The manager wasn’t a great person to reach out to when doing so he brought up some lies to make it seem a way it wasn’t soo unprofessional sooo displeased would not recommend staying here and most def do not choose your...
