Extremely Disappointing Experience at Dunkin’ Donuts Store #363208
Dear Dunkin’ Donuts Customer Service,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience at your store located at 8985 Blue Diamond Rd., Las Vegas, NV 89178 (Store Number: 363208). I visited the drive-through and, for the third time, received an incorrect order.
Upon checking my order in the parking lot, I discovered that there were only three hashbrowns instead of the four I ordered. Moreover, one entire hash brown order was missing, and a sourdough item was completely absent from the order.
Feeling unsatisfied with the incomplete order, I went back into the store to request either a refund and the missing items to be delivered so I could continue with my day. To my astonishment, the staff was not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude. When I raised my concerns, I was told that the store does not provide free food. Additionally, the manager, who was sitting right behind me at a table, didn’t even acknowledge my presence or attempt to address the situation.
This level of customer service is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Dunkin’ Donuts as a brand. As a loyal customer, I am deeply disappointed by this experience and feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with others. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate actions to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.

Read moreWe moved nearby and wanted to check it out, never been to a Dunkin’ before. We had intentions of making this part of our routine since it’s so close to our new home. Worst experience ever- 4 employees no drive thru customers, just 4 customers inside trying to figure out self ordering on the screen. Employees won’t acknowledge us, the women in front of us clearly didn’t know how to self order, she was not tech savvy and English was not her first language. The employees ignored all her pleas for help. My daughter and I tried to help her but we too couldn’t figure out how to order from what’s available.
We both put orders in, and agin we are the only customers….we waited, we waited, 17 minutes someone calls us and says they don’t have what we ordered. They can’t give refunds so pick something else from the empty cases. There was only a few pieces in the case, the lady before be took them. The employees told me they can’t give me a refund and sorry they are sold out. What in the circus of brick and mortars did I just walk into?

Read moreI’ve never had such a disappointing experience at Dunkin’ as I did at this location. The customer service was terrible from the moment I walked in. The staff seemed uninterested, and it took a long time just to get someone to help me with my order, even though the store wasn’t busy.
The worst part was the manager’s attitude. When I finally asked the manager how i can edit my order, the manager was incredibly rude and snappy, making me feel like I was bothering them for simply wanting to know how to adjust my drink. Instead of being kind and letting me know I’m not able to add or make adjustments, they responded with a dismissive tone and acted like I was being unreasonable for asking. It was clear they didn’t care about customer service or making anyone feel welcome.
This kind of treatment left a bad impression, and I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. If you value good service, go somewhere else—Dunkin’ needs to work on training their employees to treat customers...
