Jacky Chan Chinese & Thai Food — Restaurant in Enterprise

Their fried rice was pretty good but that was about it. I normally order delivery from XO Chinese Food, which is literally around the corner from this place. I wish I had ordered from them this time too. XO quotes me about 30-45 minutes and they're always at my house within 15-20 minutes. Jacky Chan's quoted me 30-45 minutes and it took them an hour. I literally could have walked there, placed the order and walked back home before then. I was seriously minutes away from ordering XO while I waited and when Jacky Chan's arrived, telling them, "Never mind. You tried." We ordered some egg rolls too just to try theirs out. I've never been a big fan of egg rolls but I'm still open to trying them at different places. They were pretty bad. I mean, I think they were. There really wasn't anything in them. Like, at all. I posted a picture of the tiny bits of nothing that were in the egg roll. If it shows up in their "Photos" section you should look at it.

I wouldn't say their food is "horrible" or "gross". It was just very generic and nothing really flavorful. I may order from them again in the future, I'm open to just having caught them on an "off day" or something. Until that day I will stick with ordering from XO or going to Inaka Sushi on the other side of the street for their epic...

APRIL 24,2016: Worst chinese I've ever had. I spent $60 on our "standard" Chinese food order...not only was a quarter of the order missing but half of it was cold, some clearly undercooked, and incorrectly prepared.

I don't ever leave reviews but this was a truly AWFUL dining experience.

UPDATE APRIL 25, 2016: it has now been several hours since we tried (and failed) to eat our dinner from "Jacky Chan Chinese Restaurant" and now my wife and I both have upset stomachs and a very uncomfortable nauseous feeling. Food poisoning seems like a real possibility at this point.

UPDATE OCTOBER 6,2020 2:31pm : it has been 4 years since my life was irrevocably changed for the worse by Jacky Chan Chinese & Thai food. I still think about it every day. Things were so much simpler before we ate at this god awful establishment. It’s no surprise that a vile cretin like Donald Trump was elected to office JUST MONTHS after my wife and I nearly died eating Jacky Chan Chinese.

UPDATE OCTOBER 6, 2020 2:46 pm: Also, THERE IS AND HAS NEVER BEEN ANYBODY HERE NAMED JACKY CHAN. Not even a picture of the actor. So what’s the deal...

Went here on my lunch. Ordered Singapore noodles. They usually come with pork and shrimp but I had them sub the pork for chicken. When I went to pick up my ordered I asked if there was chicken and shrimp. They said there was. Drove all the way back to work. What I got were not Singapore noodles...no curry and no shrimp. So what I got is plain noodles with no sauce. I called them and they stated I had to bring the food back otherwise they couldn't do anything. I told them I had driven all the way back to work and only had a 45 lunch. They didn't care. They said they couldn't do anything unless I brought the food back. The manager refused to talk to me. I took the food back and told them I wanted a refund and my correct food due to the hassle and inconvenience of having to drive back. The manager still refused to talk to me in person. They refused to give me another order. The worst customer service ever. Save yourself the trouble. Even if it's their mistake, they don't try to make to make it right. The owner is extremely rude and just kept yelling at the woman helping me that he would not...
