You know , I try and keep the money in the neighboring businesses , since I live here lol. Anyway , I've been to this location numerous times. For some reason , this was the worse ever ! I walked in , nobody in line or dining in the general dining area. I walked to the counter , so employees would know , I'm ready to order. There's 3 employees staring at me , standing back by the fryers , like what are you here for lol ? Finally , one of them , young Hispanic girl , asked , " may I help you " ? I said, " yes" and proceeded to order. As I recited my order to her , whe turns around and looks at the menu board on the wall .....while frantically searching for item on the 2000 key register .....so I pointed to the item on the Menu, so she could get the price(s) etc etc. So I order and she takes order . I clearly see she is new and not having a clue of what to do. She put in some order , wasn't mine or what I asked for lol . Now mind you , the " wannabe shift manager " is standing back observing this transaction , but obviously not trying to help the poor girls. Food is placed in bag , she's giving me my change. Change is placed on counter . I can count . The change is short . I asked her to count the change and tell me what's on the counter? She's confused , can't understand what's being said ......now the "wannabe supervisor " approached the counter with a negative vibe, saying something in reference to , why was I giving the girl a hard time ? First off , I was trying to assist her , since she clearly had no clue of what she was doing or suppose to be doing . I tried to point to menu and let her SEE what I want to order , since she clearly doesn't understand English. I asked the girl , to count the change she was trying to give me , since it was clearly short , of the correct amount it should have been. Play Supervisor kept lipping off saying something low and cute , where as I couldn't hear what he was saying , but he was entertaining the crew obviously , cause they were smirking and staring at me. Ok so now he approaches counter , trying to make the correct order , I told him the order is incorrect , and my change is short . He acts like he's doing me a favor ....Customers help pay your salary Genius ! He disgusting ly makes my order but still lipping off , I said , " if you have something to say to me , speak up where I can hear you Sir " . He slides my food and gives me back supposedly the correct change . Something inside my mind , told me to check my change. Now mind you , my change is $8 and something. This guy gives me $5 in quarter s and says he has no $1 bills .....omg ! I laid the change on the counter and proceeded to count it. Wow , it's short too lmao ! I commented , I apologized to the young lady , for not being able to do her job correctly , when she's being trained by an idiot who can't count either . I refused the order and started to leave this genuine establishment . As I was walking out , I turned back and asked for the Corporate number . Super Guy gave me a number on a piece of paper , I went to my vehicle and tried to call it , it was a bogus number lmao , imagine that ! I left and will not return to this establishment , until they're better trained in Customer Service . I'll pray...
Read moreWe went to this location @ Silverado Ranch and Bermuda in the early morning hours (just after midnight.) We frequently purchase at this location as it is close to our home. We were rushed through the order and, when we arrived at the window to pay, had decided to ask to add to the order. We were told they couldn’t add to our order. So strange my whole life of ordering fast food I’ve NEVER been told they couldn’t ADD to my order! 🤷🏽♀️ When I asked the employee at the window for the manager he closed the window and came back to tell me the manager was busy on the fryer. When I asked the managers name the employee hesitated, then said Ramone. When we got our food we checked our order as usual and, we were missing an order of fries. We had ordered one munchie box combo & added tacos and had intended to add more in addition to desserts. When we advised the employee the fries were missing he had us pull around to the front of the store. We waited 10 minutes for our order of M curly fries & THEY WERE COLD! The long wait made the rest of our food cold as well! My husband doesn’t like to make a fuss but, I intend to contact the store tomorrow as the employee at the window refused to give any info and hesitated to give a managers name. Im sure the owners would like to be made aware of the employee’s actions and over all demeanor. Terrible customer service tonight. Which is strange the usual early morning crew ( between 1-4 am) on “overnights” is GREAT! This store is probably loosing money due to the laziness of these late night employees & refusal to add to orders. There is always a line and if they are refusing to add to orders they are refusing to make the location more money. Correct? I sure hope this isn’t a policy. Refusing to add to orders, as this seems to be bad business! People are literally trying to spend more money and, being told NO! Sincerely, Confused Late Night...
Read more5/12/2024 Sunday morning around 2:30AM trying to order food on the drive thru. Literally the worst experience i had , but not just me i notice and over heard the vehicle in-front of me complaining about the worker and the vehicle behind me on the intercom arguing with the worker because she was giving very aggressive responses and basically telling us to go somewhere else if they didn’t like her attitude .The lady or kid or whatever he or she was working the window and taking orders was bad. Any questions i had about my order or the total amount she will respond with a smart and rude remarks. Once i got to the window i asked for he/she name and she said it was none of my business and i shouldn't care . As i was asking for dipping sauce she cut me off while i was talking and reply with (next time ask for your sauces at the intercom and not at the window because it takes time from me and you are slowing up the line ) it kept going on and on and on and she just wouldn't give me her name and as i was driving off she told me go do a complaint . This job wont fire me, they are short handed and they know better than to get rid of me so deal with it. LOL she start it laughing and being super rude and very unprofessional. Literally i want it to throw my food at her face since apparently she had ruin my appetite i come to this establishment maybe 3 to 4 days out of the week since is convenient for me and jack in the box is open and i do work late hours so i really appreciate you guys staying open late. But with workers like this animal, kids now a days dont know how to treat or be respectful. You will be loosing clients just because of one bad seed. Hope management can do something about it and hopefully my luck is better next time i have to stop by to get a bite after work . Thank you...
