Showed up at this cafe while visiting from Toronto. The website said they opened at noon. We commuted from the LV strip using public transit—not a short trip.
The door was open when we arrived. We walked in, sat down, started scanning the menu. After about 5 minutes of not seeing any employees, I walked to the back and heard voices coming from the kitchen. I opened the door, and the staff looked at me with surprise. They told me: “oh, uh, sorry, we’re closed today for a private event”.
SUPER annoying that we travelled all that way to be told they’re closed. They didn’t update their hours online, and made no mention anywhere of being closed on this particular day.
Lesson learned. Will not be trying this cafe during our next Vegas visit.
