PT's Gold — Restaurant in Enterprise

7/10/20 As always I am very pleased with my experience with PT'S Gold. The staff are great, I am treated the way I expect and that is a local and and a valued customer. Just as I could not think things could improve at this great establishment, they go and add an amazing cook to the all star line up. Joey is a brilliant and talented up and coming chef. For example, today I had a cheeseburger but did not want the bun as I am staying away from bread. I did not bother to ask for it to be wrapped in lettuce as most cooks in other establishments do not have a clue what that means, so I just ordered the patty and hoped for the best. When Joey brought out my order it was perfectly wrapped in lettuce, I didn't even ask, and he got it right. So not only is he spot on with his temperatures and presentation, but he gets me and folks like me who are watching the carb intake. Great food, drinks and service. Gaming isn't bad either. I regularly come here when I come here, however, I stopped buy to spend some money and the bartender had lock the door and was not allowing anyone in although his car sat in the parking lot for the rest of the night. I had planned on inviting a couple of friends to visit and play with me, had plenty of cash to play and drink, but once I get to the door and it was closed and saw the bartender was sitting at a booth watching TV and wouldn't open the door after knocking, I called my friends and told them not to come down after work and called it a night. Was there during happy hour they had don julio 1942 I was the waiter how much and they stated it’s $8 got 4 shot gave them my card to pay and was charged $120. Spoke with manger nothing can be done. Spoke with regional manger and they brushed me off insulting me saying let me know where you can find $8 shot of 1942 well at your pts that the price the bartender gave me… straight fraud. Used to rave about pts happy hour never again. Heather the regional supervisor reached out and still hasn’t resolved the issue.
