I order flowers for a close friend on their birthday a day in advanced, even though they claim to offer same day delivery. The recipient never received their flowers I ordered and paid for.
I called early the next day, hours before their deadline for same day delivery, to see what happened. I was told on the phone, by Nichole, that the flowers were attempted to be delivered but no one was home. This would not be an issue, except on the stores website has a FAQ that says flower will be left outside the recipients home if they are not there for delivery. The location of the delivery is in a very nice neighborhood in the best part of town, so there is no reason for the driver to have concerns about theft. I was told they would be delivered the day of the call, the day after I scheduled the delivery and the day after the recipients birthday and that a manager would call me that day.
Again, the recipient never received their flowers and I also never received a call back from anyone. I call back the next day to find out from the manager he did not call me because he did not have an answer to why it was never delivered. When I brought up what I was originally told by Nichole, I was told that there was actually not a known reason for the failed delivery. I was lied to the first time I called about the failed delivery. The only offer I got after this company failed to deliver my order twice and lied to me is a 40% discount on the order.
I would suggest using any other company besides this one if you care about your order actually being delivered. Do not trust them to follow through on their deliveries and expect them to miss...

I decided to believe the banner since I originally wanted it delivered the next day anyway. They ended up getting delivered at 7:12pm when no one was home. Just in case you see the same banner, don't believe it. When I saw the bouquet I noticed it resembled more of the standard than it did the premium, which I paid for. I decided to call and make sure that there wasn't a mix up with the order. They assured me there was no mix up and that they followed the "recipe" for the premium. When I expressed my concern that it did not look like the picture, the person on the phone said they personally made the bouquet and that they followed the recipe for the premium. They explained since it's "perishable" items it will look different from the photo I did not want to argue with them since it seemed they were not concerned about my satisfaction with their product. If you decide to purchase from here I would suggest to just get the standard because there is no noticeable difference in the end and do not expect it to look like...

I had ordered flowers from FTD and my wife was delivered old nearly dead flowers that were left in the rocks by the door and had fallen over. I was so embarrassed I started looking around for local florists I could quickly go in and pick up. I called and they put something together super fast. I met the florist and they took me back to get my flowers as they put the finishing touches. He took such care in his work and they looked fantastic…. They were frankly perfect. I then, when not pressed for time, started ordering online. Let’s just say my wife is quite spoiled in the flowers department. Of the dozens and dozens of orders over the past couple years, they have only delivered quality flowers. They always get my order right, and pay attention to any special instructions /requests.
