I love this place and really like the staff so 10 stars to them especially Jackie! Sheā€™s on point every time I stop in. I think some of the other servers need to pay attention to how she rolls but overall staff is great. The food on the other hand is questionable. Iā€™m seeing a pattern with all the PTā€™s. Great looking menu with great looking food and then this crap comes out of the kitchen. Between this one and west Martin I would do a quality check on both kitchens. You should also check the guys running the kitchen. Cesar at west Martin laughs at the menu and makes it his own way and Iā€™m seeing the same thing here at this one. You guys have the potential to be the local bar with the best food and itā€™s failing. Keep it up bartenders and tell your manager the kitchen needs an overhaul!

This PTs is very quiet but Jacky and Mandy are always behind the bar making sure we're good and Robert is always in the kitchen making us delicious eats. This month they have a super affordable DEALicious menu, you should check it out! I tried the personal quesadilla (pairs well with sour cream and/or ranch!, thanks to Jackys recommendation), the potstickers, and the crunchy tacos. Everything was amazing! I can't wait to go back and try the rest of the items off of this menu. And they have karaoke (seems like once a month right now) next date is Friday, August 9th from 9pm to 1am

Weā€™ve been coming here for years when it was the T-Birds bar. We werenā€™t totally happy to see that go away but now that we are here we are very happy with the new bar. We came here today for Cinco De Mayo. Shannon helped us get our players cards activated for the machines. Then took our drink orders quickly. We got some good munchies and played some video poker. Love the new setup of this PTā€™s Ranch. Plenty of parking, a lot of seating a pool table and plenty of tvā€™s for those of us who like sports. Shannon and Claudia are awesome!

I went here because I thought it was that old 50s diner that used to be there. Much to my surprise it was a PT's. I was reluctant to go in seeing as we were out to eat not necessarily to gamble however, it was after 9 p.m. and there wasn't a big variety of places to choose from besides fast food. So long story short, we got a way overpriced pizza that was tasty but thin crust, definitely not worth the price. However, the bartender, (middle-aged, thin, blondish hair lady was super attentive and informative. Excellent customer service, great personality, yet no hovering.). And I won money playing video keno which more than made up for the pizza. So I would go back for those two...
