I'm happy at the fact they opened the Blue Diamond location because it's closer to me and it's so hard finding vegan/vegetarian options in Las Vegas. Be sure to drive slowly while approaching, as you can easily pass it! The interior is beautiful with the high ceilings and plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. I've tried just about EVERY taco and they ALL were good (except potato surprisingly!) My recommendations are the Mushroom Asada, Al pastor, the Baja and the Plantain w/mole which surprised me because it was DELICIOUS! Honorary mention- Chicken Milanesa. You can order margaritas here; so I ordered the Tamarind Margarita while I waited for my order and MAN! Tasty & refreshing! You can't take it to go so you gotta finish your drink there. If you're not drinking margaritas than I suggest the Agua Frescas. The Horchata is so good and guilt free! I missed drinking horchata because traditionally it's made with milk but here, they definitely made it delicious while still honoring the traditional taste. I’m basing this comment off this one time. I’m sitting in the car debating on if I want to go back in here and say something but I won’t. I’ll just post a review. This is my first time being treated this way. The guy that’s in there I see him all the time I literally eat here all the time and by that I mean three times a week. I just was here three days in a row then came back today. Anyways, when I walked in no one spoke to me. I felt some type of way about that but I was like maybe it’s me, right. I watched them say thank you to everyone who left. Intentionally I sat there and watched. I was the last person in the restaurant to go and I went to get water (meaning I literally walked up there by them) still nothing then I walked out the door no one said anything. So now I’m really feeling some type of way. I just think it’s crazy that they would be acting like that. Especially when I spend money in here ALL THE TIME!!!!! I won’t be back. I've been eating here regularly for little over a year now, and the food has consistently been very good.

I've tried multiple things from the menu and I think they are all tasty. One thing that stands out is the quality of the food. The toppings are very fresh and the food is always hot and crisp. You can tell the food is made with care by the attention it's made with. I'm the only vegan in my family, but whenever I order from here someone else always has something too (they are picky with vegan food too lol)

Most of the time I end up getting take out, but even then, the staff is always very nice and friendly. I've never received the wrong order, and my food is always consistent and made quick. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, even if you're not vegan. I think the prices are pretty reasonable, and the food is definitely worth it.
