Taco Time NW — Restaurant in Enumclaw

I had lunch (enumclaw location) there today and they were extremely busy. The gentleman that helped me was very nice and didn't rush me (I was low on energy and taking a late lunch so I was probably moving slow). I ordered to go so I watched his interaction with the following several people, he was hilarious as well as witty and threw out random knowledge about taco time, and just was refreshing to watch really, but didn't slow down the process or cause a bigger line while doing so! After the line was gone he hustled from behind the counter to go sweep and pick up trays or plates left behind in the dinning area, then back behind the register! It was nice, I don't go to taco Time nearly as much as I should, maybe this is just normal! I wish I had caught his name, or thanked him for just doing great...

Slowest Drive thru ever. You think that all those workers in there could make the process go smoother and more efficiently than they do but, no..make sure you check your order before you leave also because they forget items regularly. Covington Taco Time always looks in the bag and checks it against the receipt out loud before handing over the order. This is a good practice. Also, this place's hot sauce is formulated different than most, very runny and super spicy. And what the heck happened to the tacos? They look like kiddie tacos now. So small. Come on Taco Time, just raise your prices. Don't give me tacos that I hold with 2 fingers and are gone in 2 bites! Unreal. I'm done with TT if they're going to sell tiny meals at an inflated...

I was ready to dub this the Taco Time that changed my mind about all Taco Times because we loved the experiences we had here over the past few years. We eat here at least 3-4 times a month, usually drive thru. The past couple months haven't been so great though. Every time we order lately, something is wrong. And if I take it back to be corrected the employees argue with me. Tonight was the last straw...$40 of dinner, including 2 tostado salads, several burritos, and a kids meal were shoved into one take away bag, which promptly busted and food spilled all over my car interior. Don't think I will be going...
