Taqueria El Corral — Restaurant in Enumclaw

Nice place tucked in the back of a parking lot. Hard to see from the road, but it’s there. Decent selection of different foods. I thought it was good, but not great. We got two burritos and a quesadilla. The ingredients were not particularly flavorful and were not well distributed throughout the burrito so there was a lot of rice in the beginning and then a lot of meat and then towards the end was the sour cream and guacamole. I’m not sure I would come here again. The people were very nice, though and the food was prepared...

They have the Bestest food here, only issue is... when they say they're open until 11pm, I get my taste buds set on having one their famous burritos then I get there at 10pm or so and they're closed, happened like three times, made me mad, well... more sad then mad, lol... if you are open to 11pm, be open, or change your time people!! And this isn't meant to be rude, just my two cents!!...

Located next to the Ski and Mountain shop, has a lot of parking. The outside may look a little sketchy but the food was decent along with the prices. We picked up a Macho Burrito, Torta and a kids Quesadilla. It took about 10 minutes to get our food. Overall, the portions were pretty good...
