We hadn’t been to Boone’s in a little while. We used to go every week for the Duck Soup, but we’d found other spots we like better. Went back to try it again and was surprised to see they’d changed over to paper bowls and plastic flatware. I wasn’t happy about that. The overall eating experience changed and more importantly, they are now less green and producing more plastic waste. Darn. My hub’s food was good, but my soup was almost all noodle with hardly any broth and I think they had spilled a bunch of pepper in it? IDK, but it was hot AF and my throat was burning and closing up a bit. It was right at the top of my tolerance for heat. I didn’t care for the soup at all but the crispy duck on top was lovely. We got food to go which was also good. I’m bummed they changed the soup recipe and the serving style. I won’t go out of my way to go here again, but if we’re near and I’m hungry…maybe. But for Thai food, we have other tastier options I’d...
Read moreExceeded my expectations: I live locally and love boba tea, recently I found this place and I have not been let down once. First of all for boba lovers like me they have many different options of flavors (my personal favorite is santa’s tea) and they come out beautifully and with such incredible taste. The food there is just amazing and the service is very great. My food comes out only after a few minutes after ordering and let me tell you this place has the best gyoza I have ever tasted! The food can be a bit pricy but it is MOST definitely worth it. After you pay you get a small candy per person with the check and I went here with my mother on Mother’s Day and she got a rose no extra charge whatsoever either. The courtesy at Boones Thai Kitchen is immeasurable thus making this my favorite...
Read moreI come from a predominantly Thai family so it is hard to find authentic Thai food in all the places I have lived. My expectations are quite high yet mostly disappointment is found when trying Thai food restaurants.
Boone's Thai Kitchen is AMMMAAAAAZZZZING! It was like my own grandma was back there cooking. We had the Crispy Duck Noodles, Kraw Pow Gai Lo Mein, and a Thai Tea to-go. This was our first visit and we are so thrilled we don't live far. We will be back to try their other delicious dishes.
The restaurant is clean and modern yet warm and inviting. We saw many people with pick-up orders. The staff is friendly and the food is fast and hot...tempurature not spicy. Although if you were looking for spicy, I am sure they can accommodate. ;)
A+++ for everything all around!!
Thank you for good...
