Starbucks — Restaurant in Erie

I had an awful experience with some worker I think was Alice or something on this day. They took over 40 minutes to make our 2 cup order while proceeding to wash the entire kitchen.

Then not only was our order unformfortably late, she messes up one of the drinks twice and the other one we just took as is, but was scorching hot when requested to be steamed at a lower temperature.

Additionally, she proceeds to treat the modifications that I paid for as a suggestion refusing to put in the extra items requested and paid for. I did not receive due to taking the closest mess up and leaving to prevent further discord.

I do not appreciate such uncomfortable service especially when I paid for it and waited an exceptionally...

When I arrived the guy at the register didn’t respond and was reading a book, I asked for a venti in a small cup, I requested “very little milk I like my coffee strong, I don’t want all milk” my coffee was finished and they never called my order, they continued to talk to each other while my coffee sat until I noticed, I approached the counter and caught them off guard talking cause they weren’t paying any attention, I drank my coffee in the truck and returned asked them to fix the coffee and they wanted to charge me for a new coffee, this is horrible service I was charged 7.30$ way over priced for horrible coffee...

This location is in fact NOT located inside king Soopers. The fact that I have to wait in the drive through just to pick up my mobile order is too time consuming and I will not be going to this location again. Not worth one star... and...
