So we used to come to this location fairly often and can say that tonight was one of the worst visits we've had at any taco bell. Placed a simple order for a Crispy Melt deluxe cravings box without tomatoes and sour cream and a black bean crunchwrap supreme. We get home to find that we've been given the wrong box entirely, everything covered in sour cream and tomatoes. No sign of the black bean crunchwrap. Gave us a few random things we didn't order instead, all of it inedible. Something that happens here all the time. The few things we could eat tasted horribly. Honestly up until this point it's been hit and miss with this location, only 4 times out of 10 would they actually get your order 100% right. But tonight really set this team apart as we drove all the way back to rectify the mistake, explained the situation carefully for over 15 minutes because the guy at the window seemed to really be having a hard time - And they handed us the exact same box they handed us previously. With sour cream. And tomatoes. Not sure if it was a joke or if they were really struggling this hard with such a basic request.
At that point we asked for our money back and got less than half of what we spent on the order. The teenaged children in the window seemed more interested in whining to each other about us wanting what we actually ordered than correcting their repeated mistakes, so we just took what they gave us and left. Spent more than an hour trying to solve such a straightforward, simple issue. I get that fast food places are paying terrible wages but holy hell the incompetency of this location is outstanding. If I could give 0 stars, I'd still be bitter I couldn't go any lower.
UPDATE: Literally went back for the first time on 4/30/23 and tried ordering my food without tomatoes and sour cream, hoping for improvement. Out of fear they would get the order wrong, I repeated myself and clarified that I didn't want tomatoes or sour cream on any of it at LEAST 4x as I ordered. Read moreI don't know what's going on with this location. Every single time I've come here, the doors are locked so you need to go through the drive-thru to order. It's mildly annoying but isn't a huge problem, other than the line of cars is typically being 7+ long. That said, they generally seem to move people along at a decent pace. However, when I got to this store today, I noticed that the pace seemed even slower than usual. I had time, so I didn't really mind waiting because I was craving some tacos. However, when I got to the menu/ ordering box, nothing happened. No greeting, no request to hang on a moment. Dead silence. There was a sign on the box that said they would be closing at 7:30 yesterday. After sitting there for a couple of minutes, wondering what the heck was going on, I came to the conclusion that no one was answering to take my order. I pulled forward to the window and noticed that there wasn't any sign of anyone inside. Lights were off, window was closed, the freeze machines were spinning, but there was no sign of life. I ended up having to go somewhere else for lunch. In conclusion, I wasted a solid 25 minutes of my lunch break, didn't get food, and ended up going somewhere else for lunch. I'm not expecting five star service or anything, I mean, it's Taco Bell. Read moreToday I did my first on line order, only to get there & go through the drive thru to be treated RUDELY by the young Hispanic girl at the window. I was handed 2 drinks, when I ordered 3 cravings boxes (=3 drinks)..when i stated there was 3 the look i got could kill. I then received a bag of food, not in the boxes as advertised & ordered, they were all different, so I asked the girl to read me what she showed in her end, she proceeded to read, when one box she said a potato chulpa, I asked her what!? She said, ma'am it's ALL THERE! ...so I told her No, let's go over again she looked over at someone and laughed, that pissed me off! I asked her what's funny, where's her manager, she laughed at me again, saying MA'AM ITS THERE! I asked her name, & told her "do I need to pull over a d check "!? Her reply, "well if you want" I told her do I need to she yells back, "IF YOU WANT" !! Then slams the window. So I did ! & Yep two nacho chips were missing. I went I to the store the manager got the chips, not caring one bit how her employee treated me just a few minutes prior. The Taco Bells here by me are horrible, we drive to this new one because the food is 💯 better, never been treated RUDELY by anyone there until tonight.
