June 10, not such a great experience as last time. We decided to dine in and before we had our order complete at the kiosk, two drive thru customers had come in to complain that they had been waiting for a long time for their orders. We then experienced a very long wait for our ice creams, fries, icees, and coffee. The order was brought to our table, but had two items missing. I then stood at the pickup counter for several minutes to get my two drinks and some ketchup. The fries and coffee were not hot this time, and the ice creams were melty and not altogether very cold. I'll think twice before I try doing here again. Last visit, see below, was much different a few weeks ago.

Our mobile order around 1 pm on a Thursday was pretty small: three ice cream cones đŚđŚđŚ, a basket of fries đ and two cups of coffee ââ.
We pulled up to the drive thru, gave our code, and went to the window. Fries were nice and fresh, so hot and salty! The ice cream cones were cold and delicious. But then they said:
"We're brewing a fresh pot of coffee, so please park in mobile order slot 3."

The Erwin McDonaldâs is the closest to me from where I live so in a rush I like To stop by this McDonaldâs. I love espresso shot in my frappes so I order a Carmel frappe with extra espresso at least every weekday morning. The frappe machine has been down since late October!! This is not the only Time itâs happened, it happens at this location a lot, this time itâs crazy! Over a month! Why not just replace the machine? Also the ice cream machine is usually down as well. Im not sure if itâs privately owned or what but something needs to be done, this is truly bad business! if u are advertising something u sell, it needs to be available! The workers are always apologizing for it not working. Itâs not the workers responsibility when it is broken! Management should be on top of this. Hands me bag, thanks me leaves. Later 17 minutes Iâm still waiting on gallon of tea. 2 ask what Iâm waiting on. TEA. FINALLY LADY BRINGS IT AND SAYS DHE HAD TO MAKE IT. âThey had 30 minutesâ. So now my frozen coke has melted down to nothing, food is getting cold. When I get home I have no napkins no packs of mustard and ketchup even though on order receipt. Very poor conduct for a business. Today, March 23 I go back to McDonaldâs again and they sent me home with the wrong order.
