Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Erwin

A main staple for Zaxby's, that I always loved, was they always cooked your food to order so it took a little bit longer than the average fast food place but it was worth it for fresh, hot food. However, this time I got my food in less than two minutes, which I found a little odd. So, that meant it was already cooked before I ordered. I ordered a boneless wings meal tossed in regular barbecue sauce with a diet coke. The fries were okay, but the piece of bread was cold and very greasy, and the boneless wings were cold and hard. They also gave me regular coke. My wife confirmed this by tasting it herself. I'm diabetic and my body doesn't handle the extra sugar well. The person taking my order was very friendly and so was the one that handed me my food. However, unfortunately, my food was still cold and not pleasant along with getting the wrong drink.

Zaxby's has changed a lot in the past couple of years and not for the better, in my honest opinion. I probably won't be returning to any at all Zaxby's because the food has been bad the last few times at different locations and they've gotten rid of a lot of items that I went to Zaxby's for in the first place because they exclusively had those items there.

P.S. - Corporate got rid of the fried mushrooms and that was always my main reason for going to Zaxby's. They also got rid of the fried egg rolls (which are quite different from the ones you would get at a Chinese take out place), and that was another...

Never had a problem here. I assume the standards of this place of business has lowered. I ordered 10 boneless insane wings with celery and a sweet tea. I got 5 wings, a slap of bread, celery and fries. I'm a meat eater and hate the extra mess. We went around to the drive thru and quoted what I asked for and what I actually recieved. Then, a smart comment was made telling me what I should have said knowing good and well I know what comes out my own mouth. When we got to the window, an employee asked another one, "do you want to handle this" twice. I recieved my meal in a nice manner. But the wings were sadly made along with my celery (3 shredded pieces). Oh and zero absolutely zero manners. I would still go here. Just be ready to deal with immaturity if the same two girls...

Once a week I make a quick 18 mile trip to get the girls, wife and myself supper at Zaxbys in Erwin/Dunn. Food is always good, but tonight I didn't check the bags well enough and they left my wife's chicken sandwich meal out and of course I paid for it, but it's not worth driving back for. I gave my wife my 4 piece chicken fingers and fries. This has happened a few times, but not in a couple months. I'm happy with the way the food tastes and is cooked, but this needs attention by the servers who bring out the bags. Just look at ticket that is on the bag and confirm everything on it please. I'm hungry now and have to go buy me something else to eat. I will continue going to Zaxbys, but I will check every time I order and make sure everything I purchase is in the...
