Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Escanaba

Since moving to Escanaba 4 months ago my family has eaten here many times. Unfortunately we are often served by a women named Ada who is wearing a manager badge. To even begin writing on the complete lack of costumer service skills this women entails would take up more time then I'm willing to invest. I'll just leave it as follows. Not a single smile...NOT ONCE. No hello, Just a follow me! No silverware..just plates. No napkins given. I always order a ice tea and when it's delivered to my table I the have to ask for sweetner and stur spoon met with ROLLING OF THE EYES! Then apon ordering our not so average requests.. She responds with a shacking of the head and chuckle. ( nothing funny about our family's allergies) I could go on. This is not a one time deal. We have been here many times and finally after today's visit I've had enough. We drive 6 miles out of our way to eat a Pizza Hut which is silly since Dominos is 1 mile away. Hate to say it but my family and I will never eat her as long as this...

Very upset with the service. We got here at 4, ordered our food and appetizer (breadsticks) around 4:10, didn’t get our Backyard BBQ Pizza until 5:13, we had a very rude lady who was very short with us, snapped because she asked a question about what size we wanted and we didn’t know what she was referring to, pizza had no barbecue on it so we asked for a cup of barbecue, took at least 15 mins to receive 1 side of barbecue, by then we still hadn’t received our breadsticks she said they screwed them up and did cheese instead of original and asked if we would want the cheese instead and we agreed (we were getting pretty fed up at this point), 5 mins later she comes back and said that they were in the oven (huh?) but okay. Pizza was iffy and the breadsticks were eh. Julie was very kind....

What low integrity.

There’s a 5$ delivery fee. And only 40% goes to the driver. I asked. Because I’d pay it if it went to the driver. But The person paying for this expensive gas, and making car payment gets less than 1/2. Pizza Hut believes that they deserve more of the top and delivery fee than that hard working person. That disgusts. Me then collecting profits off of zero over head. The location was great nice people. And I suggest they all find new pizza places or Pizza Hut will stop stealing from their employees gas & car payment money. Cowards.

So anything you buy cost — 5 delivery fee 2$ goes to the poor driver. And then they expect you to tip more after that. Very low integrity...
