Jim's Dari Kreme — Restaurant in Escanaba

Worst service you could imagine, rude, obnoxious, and overbearing. As far as the ice cream, I had the 'Ice cream Nachos' and they were mediocre at best. Nowhere near being worth the outrageous $8 dollars they charge. No desire to return to this establishment after today's visit. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Clearly you didn't take much time to read the review as stated that the item ordered was MEDIOCRE. If other places are selling them for $10, hopefully they are of better quality than what I received. What you really need to look at is how your workers treat customers. Theres a reason they've been around forever. They know how to make your favorite frozen treats! If you're unsure about their quality just take a step inside and be greeted by super friendly staff and hundreds of pictures of people who made this place an important part of their history. Great ice cream! I stopped in with my 5 kids today and the gentleman behind the counter did a great job of getting my children their desired ice cream. He wasn’t overly friendly but could be slightly more friendlier by giving a smile and the impression he likes serving ice cream.
