Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Escondido

We went to Carl's Jr. V on a aTuesday night, very close to their closing time and I have to say I've never had a better fast-food, drive-up experience. The young lady who served us at the window was extremely patient and accommodating. Not only did we have two separate orders between the two of us, we had a very large order with substitutions. The young lady never lost her patience with me and I never felt as though I was an inconvenience or annoyance. I was surprised at her cheerful and pleasant demeanor once I found out as she handed our orders through the window that we were her last customers of the evening. Our orders were perfect, the food was excellent, everything cooked fresh and made to order for us. I was extremely impressed with the courteousness and professionalism of the employees of this Carl's Jr. store and I will definitely visit this location...

We were sorely disappointed when we pulled up to go and get food at Carl's Jr inside when the lobby was all locked up. Now we were confused about this because the sign on the door said the lobby would be open till 10:00 p.m. and it was only 9:20 p.m. . When my husband questioned the attendant at the window why the lobby was closed he was very vague in his response and when we inquired more directly about it, and asked when do you close the lobby, he said we close it at 9:00 I guess that's false advertisement huh. So my question is was the lobby all locked up early because somebody had already mopped all the floors or or done whatever clean up and closing prepration they needed to do or is it that the management doesn't keep it open per how late the corporate policy and the sign on...

Went to this Place once and the frys were very dry and hard felt like the reheated it… So I came back like 2 Days ago and order a spicy chicken combo but I asked for fresh Frys, And when I got my order the frys were hot and fresh but this time the spicy chicken was super hard It was imposible to eat it, I didn’t ask for my money back but let the cashier Know about the problem, She was very kind and offered me a new sandwich And tried to apologize to me, I was in a hurry so I just tell her not to worry about but at least let the cook know so they can be more careful cause this is the reason why their...
