They always take the orders wrong make the order wrong have druggies at ordering window called and asked for manager to get a credit on my order she wanted the food back I live 25 mins away all I asked was for them to give me a credit I asked for her supervisor name she said she don’t have one asked her for the corp number she said she wasn’t allowed to give it out and I asked her for her name she said per customer service training they are not allowed to give her name I told her she wears a name tag and she said yes so again I asked for The general managers name and she said she didn’t understand English and there’s no other managers. it was never like this it has gone so Bad that they have drug addicts at door and at drive thru and they don’t tell them anything come on so called managers you guys need better customer service skills I will not be returning to this location and get your orders right don’t understand how u can get...

If you don’t want your job then quit . The worker was rude . Me and my nino went into the drive thru and got a number 1 and a Crunchwrap supreme . He payed $11 for it all but they never gave us the Crunchwrap nor a receipt . My nino went inside to tell them they forgot it then the girl who got our order at the window said that’s not what he asked for . That was totally what he asked for and he asked politely but that snaggy mid age women said other wise and fought with him for about 15 minutes . They then gave him an other one and had to pay $8 ? We already payed for it and I checked the price and it was only $5 for a single Crunchwrap supreme . It also came in the bag like it was thrown and they didn’t even try to make it look presentable . Do better at your job or just quit if you cannot respect...

I recommend if you don’t like your job to look for something that suits you better. Us customers pay money for the service and the food and it’s unfortunate that the staff here makes you feel like you bother them. They did not greet us, when we drove up to pick up the food the girl told us a different order 3 times before she got ours correctly. The manager came to the window to help her and give us a missing item from our order and they did not even ask us if we wanted any kind of sauce. My husband asked for a sprite and when we drove up to the window they didn’t give is the sprite. He said “im missing my sprite” the employee said “we didn’t even charge you for the sprite and even if we did we dong have it” would’ve been nice to let us know. Horrible service. What a surprise...
