I typically go to this Dunkin 3/4 times a week and over the last few weeks it’s just been a horrible experience and this morning was the worst. I ALWAYS place my orders on the app ahead of time when I about 5 minutes away. This morning was a last minute decision but I still placed it before pulling into the drive through. I placed my order at 5:37am and when I can around to the window there was a car in front of me for maybe 2 minutes (5:40am). I go up to the window and get my coffee right away. I then sit there until 5:59am for my two wake up wraps. I would have still of been waiting way longer if I hadn’t spoken up to the lady (5:53am) working the window because the young man working the food station hadn’t even started my order. This isn’t the first time it’s taken an unreasonable amount of time to get my food when that young man is working the food station. The owner needs to teach his employees team work or put them in stations they are actually good at. I most likely will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I would not recommend unless u have a lot of time to waste sitting in the line while that young man is moving at...

When my granddaughter was there she was overcharged and caught it; they said she was going to get a full refund and her order was free. The manager was not there and the employees didn’t know how to do the refund!!!! She was told to go to the Jericho store to see the manager! So I went back with her on Monday, after calling to see if a manager was there and it never rang, went straight to the voicemail that has not been set up…. DON’T hand over your receipt!!!!!!!!! Upon arrival the kid remembered her and said he saved the receipt and went to the back to get it. However , when I asked to see it he didn’t have it. The employee named Natalia, told me to go sit down. I was not wanting to sit, I remained standing, she made the food then in a rude manor shoved the bag at me. When I gave my daughter her food she told me she was missing hash browns, I looked at my bag and I was also missing some. 5 instead of 6, I went back inside and asked if the serving size changed, no was the answer , I asked for the missing food.
