Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Etna Township

My wife went to pick up our order tonight, and the experience was absolutely unacceptable. She ended up waiting inside the restaurant for a staggering 40 minutes!

To make matters worse, multiple people who walked in after her, placed their orders, and received their food and left all while she was still waiting. It got so noticeable that even other customers started commenting to her about how long she had been standing there. This level of disorganization and disregard for customers who order ahead is incredibly frustrating. What's the point of ordering ahead if you end up waiting longer than people who just walk in? We were hoping for a quick and convenient dinner, and instead, my wife wasted a huge chunk of her evening standing in the store.

We're very disappointed with this experience and will not order from this Jersey Mike's...

I had never really tried Jersey Mike’s, but the guys at the office keep picking it up. One guy in particular is incredibly picky, and he likes it, too. I decided to go along. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly, particularly Dave.

When I ordered a salad/bowl whatever you wanna call it Dave jumped in with recommendations: big Italian, extra lettuce, extra onions, salad dressing, Mike’s way, and of course, I added bacon. PHENOMENAL!!!!

I’ve now been back a couple of times on my own, and I find myself craving the jersey Mike’s salad. It complies with my attempt to lose weight while filling me up.

Customer service is always positive and incredibly efficient. Even their lines move quickly.

I don’t know about all jersey Mike’s, but I can tell you this one...

Disappointment!!! for the amount of money!!! Hoping this NEW store would have fresh ingredients! White bread was stale for cold sub, lettuce was browning and asked for EXTRA because there is never any on the cold sandwiches, also have to ask for extra oil and vinegar to taste it. The first sandwich I purchased when this new store opened was spot on and worth the $ !!!!! Now it is as bad as the other Pataskala store!!!! Guess I will be traveling out to Pickerington location...
