Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Etowah

I know the place closes at 9 and I felt bad for how late we arrived. It was 8:45 and we ordered two pizzas, but when we asked if it was possible to order still they said of course. The lady took my 20 bucks and said it'd be ready right before 9. I told her we'd be right back, I had to go pick up another friend while we waited for the pizza. She told me it'd be fine. We came back at 9 pm on the dot, and I circled the whole store looking for anyone. Lights were off, the parking lot didn't have a single car. The next day I called asking for a refund or if we at least could get our pizzas now and they said no to both, saying they don't do refunds for late orders and that we'd have to buy the food again. Called corporate and they said that was stupid and gave me my refund. I understand our order was late, but if they couldn't give us our food at 9 when they close (not 9:05, we were there AT 9), then they shouldn't have taken my money and said they could do it. Poor...

My grandma had went to this pizza place multiple times and this isn't the first time that this has happened. There were 3 kids this time 2 boys and 1 girl. She was the only one there and they didn't bother coming to take her order, except jus fiddling around and goofing and playing wit one another. She said one of the boys it had felt like it seemed like it was a problem taking her order, and he jus wanted to go back to flirting wit the girl. He scoffed and had an attitude the whole time. She said she'd understand if they'd take her order and make her wait a few minutes but, they didn't. They didn't even give her a receipt either. This happened on Thursday, June 13 around 5:25 PM. Mind you she's the sweetest person you can meet, she's patient and isn't rude or anything so I don't understand why they would treat...

This is the worst Little Caesars I have ever been to. I wish could tell you how many times I have had bad experiences here. I would stop going entirely, but it's Etowah. Not many options here. Today was the day though. They forgot our wings on an order my wife made. So, I didn't realize they were missing till I got home, but it's pretty common to get undercooked pizza among other things. Like pizzas not even cut, or very little cheese and enough sauce for ten pizzas, or if it did get cut it will remind you of one of those match the shape toys for toddlers. If you have another option for food I highly recommend...
