I My experience with the customer service was absolutely aweful carrying out. I specifically said I wanted my chalupas to have just meat and cheese, the lady on the phone did not inform me that there was beans on it. I cannot eat beans and when I bit in I could barely hold my food down, when I called back and informed her of this she discussed it with her boss and they decided they did not want to keep remaking them for me and would not. They then asked if I wanted my money back. When I went in to get my money back they were cold and it almost felt like I was the bad guy. I am often disappointed when asking for Chinese dishes to made spicy. The last time we were in a woman asked for 7/10 on the General Tso Chicken. When I asked her how it was, I decided I needed to have it on the next visit. I asked for 8/10, because the woman (who also offered me a taste?) said any spicier would ruin it. After signing the waiver, I can say it was fantastic! At first the ginger threw me off, because I wasn't expecting it. But after the initial bite fades, of course the extra warmth gave balance to the chili peppers. It was so, good.

Nice server. Poor everything else. Only two tables available all other tables were covered in piles of dirty dishes. 10 minutes to even get water and 4 ice cubes. Chips were stale. Noodles were way overcooked. Ordering a $10 plate of honey shrimp ended up with half a plate of lettuce topped with an orange and the other half of the plate was of water chestnuts and 6 pieces of small shrimp. The egg drop soup was thick like jello. The shrimp fried rice was okay but the shrimp was flavorless. I love trying new little hole in the wall places but I will definitely not be going back here.
