Wonderful decor, very creative flavors, very kind staff, fantastic business model. Very homey. Great cones. The problem is the ice cream wasn’t ‘wow’. My friends agree, for ice cream parlor prices, we would rather have really amazing familiar flavors, and a few knock me off my feet zany flavors, than all zany flavors that aren’t that good. The sour flavors were way too sour (I couldn’t eat it), and the zany flavors just weren’t anything special. I suggest having some really picky taste testers who are not ‘nice’ about their feedback. If people smile & say, “that’s really good”, do they buy more? If not, you’re in trouble. We really like this place. Fix your flavors and you will be the gem of the town. You need a much bigger sign. Stop people in their tracks or people won’t stop. Start cheap and big, then invest in something more permanent when you can. You’ve got great staff & great energy.

Never close early, advertise like crazy, and fix those flavors!

Once you do that consider filling your bakery case to the brim. An empty or almost empty case is off putting. Cheers...

Our experience here was great! Everyone was so friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. I had the dairy free Black Cherry Oat and my son had the Strawberry Cheesecake. The scoops are very generous and the waffle cone was perfect. We also loved the space. It was so clean, bright and cheerful. We will definitely be returning!

I saw that this adorable ice cream shop had a bakery, so I thought I’d order cupcakes for my birthday! Sadly, I am dairy free, so I thought it would be a long shot for them to make dairy free cupcakes. To my surprise, they were able to make them for me AND they were the BEST cupcakes I’ve ever had. (This includes full diary cupcakes I’ve tried. small cakes cupcakes, and other bakery cupcakes I’ve tried.) I couldn’t believe they she made dairy free cupcakes better than regular cupcakes I’ve tasted. They were quite pricey, but worth every penny...
