Charritos Plaza — Restaurant in Eudora

Went here for their taco tuesday and cheap margaritas. Big mistake. Walked in, there was a line of people waiting for to go orders. At least 5 tables were dirty and stacked with dishes. Waited for about 10 minutes, nobody acknowledged the line of people waiting. Saw empty seat at the bar and sat down to order my food to go and have a drink while I waited. I was told I cannot sit there and I need a 'reservation'? (for one person? really?), he then tried to seat me at one of the dirty tables with other peoples dishes piled on them. So I can't take the one open seat at the bar, but you want me to take entire booth, and a dirty one at that? Previously I called in and ordered food to go. After waiting nearly 2 hours, maybe more everything was completely wrong and they added someone elses food to it who had gotten tired of waiting. They are not equipped or staffed to handle a busy restaurant and should not be having specials that bring in large crowds until they are. Not mention the fact of insisting i sit at a dirty table that had been like that for god knows now long. If they are willing to do that to someone I don't want to know what their cleanliness standards are in the kitchen. I will GLADLY make the 15 minute drive to go somewhere...

Use to love the place... until it just got worse and worse. I kept going back hoping it was just an "off" day the last time. Nope! Today I got the pollo loco. Just for me. One person, one meal... for $15.. Fifteen dollars for a plate half full of cold, watered down refried beans and one paper thin piece of chicken that has less meat than a half a chicken tender. I'm pretty sure their "grilled" chicken is just thrown in the fryer and marketed as grilled. There is no plausible way that much oil oozes from grilled chicken... or any chicken for that matter. The cheese on top was also thinned way down, like milk consistency. It came with three tortillas, which made me have a good laugh since I barely had enough chicken to make one taquito. But... if you like chips that taste like really old oil, they'll have you covered! Just buy something from Taco Bell and set $20 on fire, you'll probably...

Went for Cinco De Mayo w/ my mom. Ordered on the phone for curbside pickup. Told it would be 40 minutes, gave our names, confirmed our order. When we got there, the lot (and surrounding lots) were parked up and there was a line out the door with little/no spacing and no masks. We called to make sure our order was ready. They said 10 more minutes. After 30 more minutes of that game, my mom decided to go inside to try to talk to someone else. She went in and said it was wall-to-wall people inside, once again with no masks or spacing. Others told her they had been waiting for over an hour and that despite taking names for orders, nobody was writing the names on the food as it came out. My mom also noted that none of the employees were wearing PPE (gloves and/or masks as depicted from their social media). It also didn't help that the poor guy taking all the orders was having an off day with...
