Subway — Restaurant in Eudora

I walked in to pick up my to go order 15 minutes after I ordered at it was not prepared. I waited for him to prepare someone elses sandwich and I noticed that there is death metal bands playing over the store speakers loudly. The lovely elder couples did not look pleasant while listening to death metal bands. A customer tried to tip the man who was preparing food just to turn down the speaker system. I looked at the produce cooler- where they keep meat, produce and dairy. I assume the manager was in there taking inventory with the door wide open. I watched the temperature go up to 49 degrees. For commercial use in a restaurant it is suppose to stay between 38 degrees to 45 degrees at most. Unacceptable food concern. Will be contacting corporate. Do...

I’m not sure what I did wrong. But at 12:54 on Sept.27th The girl making my food put Parmesan cheese on my sandwich which is not something that I asked for. I wanted her to remake my sandwich and the other girl out front told her no and to only remove the tomatoes as if the Parmesan wasn’t all over my sandwich. As a customer I expect to get exactly what I order. If I don’t want it I don’t want it. The taller of the two could have let the girl continue to correct her mistake. I am the ex Manager at this store. I have bad reviews on here due to workers who were friends with the Manager before me. I tried every day to professionally and accurately have great product and great service. I often had conflicts with employees who disagreed with my way of running the store.
