Taco Mayo — Restaurant in Eufaula

We came in to have a meal the lobby was disgusting we asked someone to clean a table so we could sit (every table in the lobby was nasty enough I wouldn't let my kids sit till one was cleaned ) we should have left the second time we had to ask for a table to be cleaned but we had already paid after the big fella working the register cleaned the table I had to go behind him and actually clean it none of the 4 or employees were interested in helping in any way we quickly regretted ordering when the woman pictured who had no interest in anything but her bf and vaping went to the parking lot made out with her bf came back in and went straight to the building station and started sending food out no washing no sanitizing no sanitation of any kid was going on while we were there half our tacos were outside the shells in the wrappers this store is one dirty establishment the customer service was absolutely on point for a location that should be shut down the same employee was very irritated for my wife asking for a bag before we left overall experience was the worst we've ever had at a taco mayo . I would welcome management contacting me I've tried to contact them 4 times since our meal...

Go in last week and order A nachos supreme thur the drive thur. Ordered and paid for EXTRA meat and beans. Get home and have 10 chips, no beans at all, no sour cream. So I drive back 20 mins to restaurant cause the phone to the store rings to cooperate location. The manager lady on duty says, oh I sorry. Take the nachos I have and dumbs meat and beans back on top and I leave. Get home and call the cooperate store and the owner of this location calls me. (Melvin) tells me oh sir I'm sorry bout this but I will fix u up.. Asked for my home address. Didn't feel comfortable giving my home address out. Asked if I could just pick up my order there and he kept on bout my home address.. So never heard back from the owner. Very bad experience and didn't appreciate being lied to by this...

Picked up our order of two nacho supreme's at 10:30pm. Got home and found them with less cheese than you could use on a grill cheese sandwich, no tomatoes, no onions, maybe a teaspoon of the byproduct meat, and no other ingredients at all including salt as far as I could tell. No sour cream, no peppers, just 2 sauce packets as far as condiments and a few napkins. However, there were plenty of stale all day chips and employees in a hurry to close. Once this was noticed we talked the store at 1107 and of course no one answered. Very disappointed!! We are returning this food Saturday for a full refund and expect better from a name brand establishment. Times may be hard but it is no excuse to give this...
