Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Eugene

Worst service I've experienced at a Carl's Jr., ever! The drive thru was full so we went inside to order. First off, we waited 4 minutes before we were even acknowledged, then waited another 7 minutes before our order was taken at which time I stressed we were in a hurry. By the way, we only ordered 2 sausage biscuits and biscuits & gravy to go. I stood there and watched car after car, pull into the drive thru, place their orders, get their food and drive off for over ten minutes! When I finally looked at their little order screen, I could see my order in blue on the right screen and every other order after mine were in red in the left side. Then I noticed the timer/counter next to my order...18 minutes!!! So I finally asked "is my food almost done?!" The counter/drive thru person did not even answer my question. She simply yelled to the order cooks to make my food! What?? They hadn't even started yet?? I will never go back to this Carl's Jr. on a Sunday morning again or if I see the same Shift Leader working, I'll be eating...

I went to Carl's, was at the window and ordered burgers for 4 people the receipt order was wrong , one of the guys in my car had them correct one of the burger combos. They then charged me another $10.78 for obviously another meal that I did not need. When I left the window and got the guys back to the house I was missing one burger and one order of fries. I did how ever received my drink, Dr Pepper. I returned with a copy of the receipt walked inside and let them know I was missing a burger and fry. They gladly provided me with a burger and fries that I was missing. $50 for 5 meals. You definitely will not be disappointed if you are expecting FAST food with exceptionally low quality with an expensive tap. I give them one star because that's all they give themselves. Carls Jr's is actually my favorite fast food place. With that said I ordered a breakfast egg bacon and cheese breakfast sandwich. When I got home and gave it to my mother she said it was salty and plain. She opened it and there was only bacon and no egg or cheese. I called the manager and was told that they basically do not track or have a way to make this right unless I come today. I am at the opposite side of the city and won't be back that way for another week or two. The low review is for Carl's Jr's lack of providing me or possibly others with quality customer service by providing comprable replacement for what was expected...
