Good Taste Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Eugene

The food is fantastic but the customer service has us not wanting to return. The waitress is very rude and the atmosphere is very uninviting. So we thought we could just order to go. We ordered bbq pork and egg rolls which are very good but when we asked for sweet n sour sauce the waitress said no it comes with some other sauce. We even offered to pay for sweet n sour sauce! She told us no it doesn't come with it. So im very disappointed. I love the food but even ordering to go trying to get what you want seems like a hassle. Also be careful tipping. We only do cash now because the waitress decided to charge herself a $12.00 tip without permission! We only found out because of our credit union contacting us for suspicious transactions. Its really sad because the food is so good. But after so many negative experiences were pretty much done giving anymore chances. Ive never had a restaurant tell me no i cant have something and in such a rude manner. I hope the owner makes some changes. It would not be hard to turn things around. Thank you...

We love this place! The food is always good and there is always so much of it! For our family of five we went all out and splurged, $60. (Including the tip) the pictures here are after everyone had stuffed themselves.. I didn't get the pictures of the soup, wontons or eggrolls and that's a shame because they are all delish. We sat in the back and had the area to ourselves. Our server was one of their young men, he was a dream!! They even threw in a soup an extra egg roll 😉 so that everyone had one.. even though we only ordered a 4 person meal. I can't say enough good things about this little...

The name is actually Chen's Happy Garden. This place is great. The takeout comes in huge containers and they don't skimp on filling them up. The mar far chicken and sweet and sour pork were perfectly crispy and seasoned perfectly. The veggie noodles and fried rice were on point as well.
