Taqueria Mi Pueblo — Restaurant in Eugene

I love this taco truck. The food is always delicious. Typically I ordered asada tacos, but I've had many of the items on the menu and have never been disappointed. The folks who run it are quite nice and pleasant as well.

There's two things to note though. The prices have gone up quite a bit since I started going here many years ago. It makes sense though, especially with the economy the way it is now. The other thing is the hours have changed dramatically which is really terrible. They used to be open from like 10am until 9pm Monday through Saturday in the B&R parking lot. They're now closed on Saturdays and they close on the weekdays at 5pm. So if you get off work at 5 like a lot of people, you're out of luck. I used to stop by here frequently on my way home after bowling at Strike City and on Saturdays for football season.. No more of that. I hope it's just...

Food was not at all great.. I was under the impression that pork carnitas were tacos only but it came as a pleasantly heafty burrito instead. For the price we paid, ↑ "pleasantly heafty" was to be expected though. It seemed as if instead of filling rice along w the pork, I think they just filled it w all the left overs fat & grissle. My boyfriend's burrito was supposed to be JUST plain ol' chicken & cheese however his came out w some spicy sauce that made it unbearable to eat. We were both too starving to turn back around to address our complaints but could only choke down half of each, TOGETHER IN A TEAM EFFORT... then the dog swallowed the rest whole (she ALWAYS chews up her food & savors the flavor, I'm sure of it) &&there could not have been a mix up of the orders either because there were only three other people in the whole B&R...

I just moved from Yuma, AZ on the Mexican Border and these Street Taco's are fabulous... the best Carne asada and polo street tacos.. Super friendly person who helped us and the lady cooking ...just yum...they have great prices. Oh wait! The beans are fantastic.. Also, for a street truck on a Sat afternoon in kinda a industrial area they had two guys waiting, one guy picking up, one who ordered in front of us and while we eating two more showed up... so yeah busy little truck.. 2 tables with...
