Cake Batter Batter — Restaurant in Eureka

It’s always a gamble trying to find a great place to dine when traveling. And when you travel for a living, finding a great place to dine is the best. I definitely hit a home run stumbling upon Cake Batter Batter. My favs? The breakfast scramble, burrito, and taco. But don’t sleep on that light and delicious blueberry scone. Grab couple cookies while you’re at it and if you’re hungry for lunch, a baked potato is probably in order. A root beer float? No regrets here. But hurry. Cause they’re only open until two. Tomorrow I think I’ll try the taco salad I heard someone order while I was in for my second time today. The only thing better than the food. . . the service. The lovely owner and her staff couldn’t be more delightful and welcoming and clearly keep the people coming back. I love this place and I can’t wait to be back in...

I got a cheesecake for my boyfriend for his birthday. The staff was very nice and the prices were reasonable. The cheesecake was really yummy. Fresh strawberries and not overcooked. Would definitely go back.

I wanted to update my review nearly 2 years later. I ordered a key lime cheesecake for my birthday. Boy howdy was it good! She said she never made one, but I could tell a lot of research went into this. Reminiscent of a NC lemon pie (my home state) this really was an amazing birthday gift. Thank you so so much. Amazing texture, perfectly set, no browning, enough SALT in the crust to be perfect! Winner winner. 🥰 My only complaint, which is super minor and finicky is that the box wasn’t very sturdy, I wish there was a cake round under it. I could see someone destroying the whole thing if they didn’t know exactly how to open...
