Absolutely awful experience spent 5 minutes telling the employee what we wanted which is on the menu they kept trying to change what we wanted. Paid more then the burger we wanted costs . They kept saying there was no jalapeño burger. So we told them we want a burger with the sauce that is on a jalapeño burger the patty not a Jr. Size like they kept insisting we had to get so we said modify it to the bigger patty and with jalapeños. They charged an outrageous price for what they created as a custom burger when it was a burger on the menu to began with and put a Jr patty on it . So we ended up having to buy another one made exactly like we wanted for the first one paid like 15.00 just for the 2 small made not right jalapeño burgers they made and sold us and it was just completely bizarre. Used to live Carl's Jr. Will not return to one again. Felt robbed and the employee not knowing what she was doing could have got help. Eureka Carl’s, you felled on me this Sunday morning The cook. The service and the lady’s at the window, A PLUS NO DOUBT. BEAUTIFUL. BUT THE COOK GOT ME FOR $14 dollars worth. This is the first time I have ever complain, you guys the burgers we’re not even warm, I still had cold cheese that never melted On our burgers. Please change the fry grease , yes Please oh my god that’s terrible can’t get that nasty bent greased tart fry’s out of my mouth, even brushing don’t help. if you remember I ordered a strawberry soda with no ice, its was way to warm & Flat badly. Soda Still supposed to be cold coming out of the machine, no ice or with ice. I work at Coca-Cola for a long time I know soda pop. There is a Carl's Jr. off the Giuntoli exit north of Arcata. If you really want Carl's Jr. just go to that location. This eureka one is run by incompetent paroled felons. Either they wont have what you want in stock or in the rare instance they do, expect it to be either cold, spoiled or the wrong order. I have experienced all three before I realized to never come to this location ever again. I've complained to corporate after I got food poisoning and they didn't care. There is a reason Taco Bell next door and McDonalds several blocks down have lines around the block while Carl's Jr. remains relatively empty.
