I recently had the pleasure of trying Gold Rush coffee's vanilla bean ground coffee, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The rich aroma and smooth taste of this coffee truly captivated my senses. I'm pleased to give it a solid four-star rating!
The first thing that struck me was the wonderful roasted flavor. The beans were clearly roasted to perfection, resulting in a robust and satisfying cup of coffee. The aroma that filled my kitchen as I brewed it was simply heavenly. I could tell that Gold Rush takes great care in the roasting process, ensuring a high-quality product.
The vanilla flavor in this coffee is what sets it apart from others I've tried. It's not overpowering or artificial; instead, it adds a subtle and natural sweetness that complements the coffee's inherent richness. The vanilla bean notes are well-balanced and add a delightful twist to each sip. If you're a fan of flavored coffees, this one is definitely worth a try.
The only aspect that left me slightly disappointed was the absence of a roasting date on the package. As a coffee enthusiast, I appreciate knowing the freshness of the beans I'm purchasing. Having the roasting date readily available would have been a valuable piece of information. Nevertheless, the coffee still tasted great, which indicates that it was relatively fresh.
Overall, Gold Rush's vanilla bean ground coffee is a top-notch choice for those seeking a flavorful and aromatic coffee experience. The excellent roasting technique and the natural vanilla flavor combine to create a memorable cup. If they include the roasting date on the package in the future, it would make this coffee even more outstanding. I highly recommend giving it a try if you're a coffee lover looking to explore new flavors.

Read moreI must say I am truly a gold rush girl. Worked here back in the early 2000’s and started my love for being a barista. Gold rush was my favorite stop anytime I could! The past 8-6 months my love for this establishment changed. Unfortunately the drinks and staff have gone down hill. Most of the staff looks like they have rolled out of bed, hair messy and greasy eyes puffy with boogers in the corners most in particular the lively lady with blue hair. I don’t get a very hard drink to make. Just drink hot chocolate and my partner drinks white mochas. Consistently our drinks taste like steamed milk and one with just espresso and steamed milk. Today we tried an experiment with my hot chocolate and asked for more chocolate. Still tasted just like steamed milk. I opened it thinking maybe I’m crazy and it’s caked at the bottom of them cup. Nope no chocolate at the bottom. Not to mention my cup this morning was given to me with greasey finger prints all over my cup and lid. I’m just really displeased with the recent changes made. Is itt the staff or new recipes. Either way. Can we please get back to the old ways. I really miss this being...
Read moreI am profoundly disappointed with my recent visit to this establishment. Ever since the new ownership took over, the decline in standards has been glaring. The quality of the food and drinks has deteriorated significantly, and the service, once reliable, has become a recurring source of frustration. As someone who considered themselves a loyal regular, it’s deeply upsetting to witness this place falter so drastically.
Lately, errors with my orders, whether incorrect or incomplete, have become far too frequent. It’s unacceptable and entirely impractical for me to repeatedly return to have these issues corrected—they shouldn’t happen in the first place. Is there anyone in management willing to take responsibility and address this downward spiral? At this point, I have no intention of continuing to support this business, and I feel compelled to share my discontent. This level of service is simply...
