There is a teenage employee who is working there who has very poor hygiene and a even worse attitude. I have been here before and got the same girl also very rude and disrespectful and had an attitude when was asked to wash or put on gloves after coughing in her hand then proceeded to flip us off behind our back. I spoke to the manager and he did nothing to change this situation. We then came back and asked her to wear gloves she again cocked an attitude and coughed aloud while washing her hands. This was easily the worst Chinese food I’ve had in Humboldt. I paid attention to the turnaround time — while sitting in the mall, I barely saw five or six people walk by, and none stopped at this spot. That told me the food had likely been sitting for a while.

I ordered fried rice, broccoli beef, and teriyaki chicken. Unfortunately, none of it was good. The chicken was tough, the broccoli beef tasted like it had been soaking in sauce for hours, and the broccoli was mushy to the point of disintegrating. The teriyaki sauce clearly tasted store-bought. I had the unfortunate experience of being yelled at by the lady up front when the registers pin pad was not reading the chip on my card and she automatically assumed I was just pulling my card out too soon. She then attempted a few times herself after pulling the pin pad over to herself a bit aggressively and low and behold, it wasn’t my fault because she couldn’t get it to work either and had to move to a different one that went through immediately.
