La Casita de Don Pancho — Restaurant in Evans City

Great food, great people! Much more authentic than most Mexican restaurants in the area. All of our food was excellent. We got chorizo tacos, chicken Tex-Mex tacos, steak burrito, al pastor gordita, a milanesa torta and an horchata. The steak was so tender, chorizo was lightly spicy, chicken was juicy, the al pastor with pineapple was delicious. Everything is well seasoned and perfectly cooked. The burrito and torta were huge. The horchata was also quite big and very tasty. Great prices and portion sizes. My takeout order was ready fast, within 10 minutes. I couldn’t tell you which was our favorite because it was all so good. I got to talk to Angel and his lovely wife, they were so kind and hospitable. I also picked up some pan dulce in their store which stocks some Mexican staples, lots of sweets and treats. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to try all their other...

A wonderful place, had the Milanesa Torta, which is apparently hard for other restaurants to stock. The salsa is nice and spicy but still pretty flavorful and the selection is quite modest right now. They had mexican bread, pan de dulce, too which is a huge plus. The atmosphere felt pretty authentic and they were very friendly. The horchata drink was delicious, cant wait to try the jamaica next time.

Delicious authentic Mexican food! Serving sizes were great, and I like their 3 custom sauces. A small dine-in area, outdoor dining in the back with the food truck, and a small grocery/convience store area with hard to find latin ingredients. We will definitely be back!
