Came in for dinner. Our sandwiches were made correct. French fries were luke warm. Didn't take long to receive our food. My husband went up to counter to refills of our drinks. There were at least 10 people behind the counter. EVERYONE of them ignored him. Someone handed out three pick-up orders and ignored him. One guy walked by to take out food to a table and, when he came back, walked right by him and ignored him. Two people were getting the trash, and when they came back behind the counter, they both ignored him. There was one guy taking orders, which, before taking another order, he could have gotten a refill. Or at the least said. he would be with him in a moment . But no, he also ignored him.!! What poor, poor service. He left our cups at the counter and came back to the table. As I went to the counter, I noticed a blond headed female manager getting up from the corner booth. Who had been sitting there this whole time. I asked the order taker ( as he was taking an order) if we were supposed to get our own drink refills? He did take our cups and asked what drinks we had. And refilled them. I told him five people had ignored him. I also said poor service. At this time, the above-mentioned manager, as she walks by says. " As you can see, we are busy." First of all, how rude!!! If it was so busy, why was she sitting at a table eating?? Including us there were 5 tables at the time. Read moreOn 6-15-24 my family and I went to this establishment and soon regretted after the service we had received. I understand that having a crew of young people working in an established food chain can be a work-in-progress, however professionalism should always be implemented at all times. My wife simply requested her filet to be thinner than average. In other words, she just requested the cook to butterfly and compress the chicken filet as she does not enjoy a thick piece of chicken. After requesting her accommodation, the cashier went to ask the manager to accommodate her request but it was obvious he did not understand fully in which made for an altered translation to management. While she did not want to cause a fuss, she decided it was okay as is. Fast forward, her and I were speaking about the situation and another team member overheard us in the lobby. The team member asked what she had requested and then stated she could only help if she was requesting an additional filet which was the total opposite. While trying to explain it more in depth, she (Chick-Fil-A team member) began to interject and states that is just not something that could be done because the filets are pre-made. While my wife was disappointed in not receiving her accommodation, she was also frustrated with the level of customer service. Lastly, this accommodation had been completed for my wife at two different Chick-Fil-A locations and most recently at the Frederica St. location in Owensboro, KY. Read moreMy family and I stopped at this location on Labor Day 9/04/23 on our way back from a long road trip. When we entered the location at 345p, we did not take note that they closed at 4p. When we ordered we were asked if we wanted to dine in or carryout so we chose dine in. The person taking our order obviously did not want to be there. Our order was forgotten. After about 10 to 15 minutes one of the employees in the dining room asked us about it and then went to get it. It was brought to us in a to go bag. Nothing was said to us by the girl that dropped it off. After we took all of the food out of the bag and my children started to eat, a young man came and told us we had to leave the store as they were closed. I have NEVER had this issue at any other location and in fact the stores in Indianapolis invite you to stay a little past closing if you are still eating. This problem was caused by staff as our order was clearly forgotten as others behind us got their orders. If we had gotten our order on time, we would've been done when we were ordered to leave at 410pm. We were forced to go eat in our car in the parking lot. Our food was luke warm by the time we packed it back up and got it out again in our car. When we left the lot after eating there were still employees inside the restaurant. We warned many people that came and parked nearby that the restaurant was closed so they wouldn't waste their time or be treated...
