When we order using the online portal, 90% of the time the order is wrong (missing items, wrong toppings etc) I know how the online ordering works; a ticket gets printed and then is manually input. It seems as though the people who put the order tickets into the system continue to miss items on the original online order ticket. Please train your staff to pay closer attention to the orders they plug into the system, and make sure they double check the order tickets. This is not a 1 or 2 time occurrence either, but nearly each time we go there. If the franchise owner can't get the order system down then shut it off. Additionally, when we order online, the majority of the time we have to end up walking in to get the food. Yes, it is a 1st world problem, but none the less this is a service you all choose to provide so please do better at it.
EDIT: Also, if the owner sees this review, please don't provide a generic response of "we'd like to know more" or "go to this website for customer relations blah blah blah" , instead just make the change and ensure staff is trained properly and also know how to...

After i pd i was giving a number like they used to give at Ponderosa that you pit on your table for the waitress to know where to bring food, i didnt know what to do qhen He handed it to me so looking silly i asked a silly question lol He tells me to pull around & they would bring my food out. Well past experiences at other resteraunts when they say "pull up we will bring it out" usually means You have to wait a minute or 10 or they forget You. Well I pulled around to wait & aa soon as i put my car in park she was at mt window with me food, I was like "wow that was fast". Read moreTonight we ordered more than ice cream for the first time and it was a fiasco that ended with frustration and irritation. The lady helping me was frustrated and apologetic. I tried ordering a double deluxe. Once it was brought to us I looked inside that was a single. Although it was the end of the night and the place was almost empty I realize people make mistakes. So I took it back up and verified that a double meant two pieces of meat and was told they would fix it and bring it to me. And then when they brought it to me once again only had a single on it. I took it up again for a second time and the cook argued with the lady helping me, though he agreed it was a single, but wanted to refuse to put another piece of meat on it. I had already paid for a double. I had to argue and actually lost my temper for the first time at like 3 years to get him to cooperate.
