Came here to celebrate my birthday. 3 out of the 4 that were there at the time decided to have some drinks and appetizers while waiting for the 4th person in our group. Eduardo was very rude. Drinks took forever to bring out. He barely checked on us. When one person in the party started to order and stumbled on his words, he abruptly left because the order was taking too long. Food eventually was ordered and was fine.

We kept ordering drinks, and then all the sudden Eduardo brings us our checks without us asking. We were still actively ordering drinks and I hadn't even ordered food yet. Mind you we were still waiting for the last person in our group to show.

The last person showed up and noticed that we had our checks and decided that I guess he wasn't getting anything. Everyone else still had drinks and we're conversing. Eduardo then comes over and picks up the checks that we have not signed because we are still trying to patronize the establishment. He comes back and throws the checks in front of my friend and I and says "you need to sign these and tip" . So that is what we did. We left.

I can not remember the last time I got such rude service. Please go elsewhere. Definitely left a bad taste in my mouth and will not...

On July 8th 2022 I placed 2 separate orders one for my sister and one for me and my partner. When I got to Los Bravos I paid cash for the first order and paid by credit card for the 2nd order. I was charged twice for the first order that I paid cash for. When I got home I was eating my chicken chimichanga and found a bone in it. My partner didn't get his guacamole, that I ordered. $3.65. We called them back right after dinner, and the manager told us to come in on the next day, Saturday July 9th 2022, at 11:00a.m. So, we went in to talk to the manager. He told us that he wasn't going to recredit the money that we were charged for the first order and he said nothing about the bone in my chicken chimichanga. No apologies no nothing. It is so sad this happened, because we ate there alot. But, since this has happened and got no resolution, we will NEVER eat there again. I have been to other Los bravos locations and have had such a pleasant experience. However, when a couple of my friends and I had stopped by to grab some lunch one of us ordered the chicken on the beach. As she was mixing up the cheese dip with her fork she pulled out the longest hair I have ever seen. At this point I didn’t even want to eat anymore of my food. After that fiasco we proceeded to pay. I was on one check and two of my friends were on another. You think it’s pretty easy that a card and $40 cash for two separate checks isn’t hard to mix up. However, the server proceeded to come back to the table to say that he had charged me with both of their meals and charged them with mine. The service was poor and failed to even visit our table.
