Update:. The owner contacted me to apologize and they refunded my money. Hopefully it can be used for new employee training on dealing with customer complaints..... We will give them another chance....

We've ordered many times here and most the time it's great and people are friendly. This time my sandwich was unwrapped in the bag everything loose inside there The bread was soggy. When I called to let them know they said they would remake it and I would have to drive back and get it. I said that wasn't really an option and she said well what would you like me to do. I said well I would like to be refunded. She said she couldn't do that but her manager could and I said then I would like your manager to do that and she said okay and hung up on me. When I called back she said ma'am I'm going to have my manager refund your card. I said but you hung up on me. She said well you were rude. I said I wasn't rude I was just stating that I would like your manager to refund my card. I said you were rude for hanging up on me. She said yeah okay. My wife finished placing an online order as I arrived. After they received my order they proceeded to make the next walk in customers order and a huge drive thru order.....and one of the girls working (only 2 total people working) said my order was there before the others when I asked. I was already there 10 min at this point and she said it would be another 10 min because they were slammed.....at this point I was the only person in the dining room. I was also told they didn’t have the bread we ordered too. After 15 min went by I got up and proceeded to the counter. The other lady working was complaining about her job out loud. When the last sandwich was getting wrapped up (after they made 2 of them wrong and didn’t tell me...could hear the older lady complaining) the lady was on the phone complaining to a supervisor or someone and having trouble getting my sandwiches in bag....I proceeded to take my order from the counter without being bagged or napkins. 35 total min for an online order for 3...

They made my sandwich something entirely something else than what I ordered. I've never had that in my 30+ years of going to Subway.
