Subway — Restaurant in Evansville

If I could give this specific location less stars I would. I had to go in to the lobby due to my drive through order being made incorrectly. It all went downhill from there. When I entered the packed lobby I observed the manager walk over to a homeless person that had entered at the other side of the store and proceed to kick her out of the store. I understand not wanting your customers solicited, what I don't understand was the behavior displayed by staff immediately afterwards. Not only did the manager loudly announce what she'd just done, but proceed to laugh, berate, and joke with customers and fellow staff about the situation. When I was finally helped, I mentioned that it was disheartening seeing adults act like that. The managers response to that was yelling at me from across the store and asking why I was being rude to her, cursed at me in front of everyone in the lobby, then proceeded to yell after me as I walked out the door. I will never again visit this location knowing that these individuals run this store and act in such a way...

Though I did not eat at this location on this particular day, I do have something to say about the workers there. My husband and I were in Evansville for his doctor's appointment. We were heading back home when our car over heated. We pulled into the parking lot to check on the car. The radiator was spewing and steaming. I took an empty jug into the restaurant and went in the bathroom. The hug wouldn't fit in the sink. So, I went to the counter and asked for a cup. The gentleman behind the counter gave me a cup with a smile. I filled the jug with water and thanked him as I left. He said you're welcome as I left. This gentleman didn't know that I have a sensitivity to the heat and I was on the verge of passing out. My husband took care if the car and we were on our way. We made it home safely and I didn't have to make an unwanted trip to the ER. I didn't catch his name. But, I still want to...

Absolutely horrible customer service the older lady I'm thinking she was a manager told me I didn't have to come there She was upset at an argument she had with the lady before me And the fact another Employee couldn't hear my order She immediately started argumentatively talking to Me slammed the window in my face I had two small children in the back it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had In the previous two days I spent 45.00 in food different Employees But still rude service I will drive the distance to get better service they won't get a chance to get anymore money out of me I will never return to this location All the Employees during the day should be mentally and professionally evaluated I hope they Get shut down until they can find better staff...
