Blink and you could possibly miss the turn you need to get here. Stopped here on a whim and I'm glad I did! Was immediately greeted by the gentleman at the counter even while he was in the middle of a transaction. Not the impersonal kind of greeting but like we are good buds and he was so happy to see me! Lol. Hey man, it's the little things, you know...
I went with the #1 (3 queso tacos) and WOW. Just WOW. I used to frequent a spot out on Casino for birria tacos. I can no longer remember the name of the place. El Mariachi has stomped on that memory. Good bye Felicia.
My pictures nor the pictures here do the tacos justice. It's so damn good...especially when that ooey gooey cheese oozes out and and traces the outside of the taco while being grilled and becomes this beautiful crisp. Delish. Yaaaaaas beech....I also want to mention that I hate onions. But I sure ate the hell out of them picked onions. Yum.
If you're allergic to grease and eating off a cookie tray, this place isn't for you. And that's ok because more seating for me. Otherwise, come hungry, don't wear your favorite shirt or at least tuck in a napkin before you eat, grab a coke and go to town! Oh... And please close the damn door behind you. It literally says it on the door. And only God knows where those flies have been out in these streets of...
Read moreI got the barria queso tacos food was good.
I’ve been here twice. First time I stood in line and line wasn’t moving so I left. Went back today no line but several people waiting for food. 15 minutes is going to be the minimum wait time for food here. I don’t have patience and I don’t wait 15 minutes for food especially when the place isn’t busy. Had I known I would have eaten elsewhere
When I sat down the people next to me were waiting and their food arrived several minutes later. They ate their food and had been gone several minutes before my food came out I felt that was ridiculous and I won’t be back. They need to work on their kitchen logistics. Also parking is terrible here
all the windows were fogged up. You couldn’t even see outside. Every single one along with these two flies just going around in a circle and a little girl screaming her head off because she said she didn’t want to be there. Just not a pleasant place to eat.
I made my impatience known and as I left an employee said “15 minute wait time is pretty good” and I said “ says you” as I just kept walking and didn’t turn around. So when I said 15 minutes minimum it is safe to say I got lucky at only 15
I’ve eaten at little dive places in mexico where I felt much more comfortable and the service...
Read moreReally good birria tacos that you can find north of the Seattle area in Everett. The queso birria tacos are cheesy solid tacos and packed with meat! I would definitely come here again to grab some great birria
Food I got the queso birria taco plate and would get it all over again. The tacos are filled with meat and are a decent portion size. I do wish there was more cheeseyness to it but there was a good amount. There taco shell itself is nicely toasted and the consumme was good. A decent amount of rice and beans in the side to go with your tacos.
Atmosphere The restaurant is very casual and has a couple of tables to sit at. Noise level wasn’t too bad when I went but I could see it getting loud since the space is small. Big windows to let in light.
Pricing Prices were decent and not too expensive. I’ve had more expensive tacos from taco trucks or places in the Seattle area. Good prices for the amount of food and quality.
Service Order at the counter and then you can eat the food inside the restaurant if you want but seems like a lot of people take it to go. Bus your own tables. The service was good and friendly.
Other Kind of a small parking lot in front since it’s shared with a buddy...
