Edited: This was NOT just a simple food sale, this was a merchandise purchase as well - I was purchasing a black trucker hat as well as food so imagine someone stealing your money when they shouldn't have been able to and then they refused to hand over the hat I paid for. Literally had my bank tell them the time/date/amount of order. If I were in this situation and were truly helpless, I'd have called corporate to figure out how to help this person - not help a company facilitate theft. Their excuse? THEY'D GET IN TROUBLE. For what? Giving me what I paid for? A refund? A suggestion to call anybody? INEXCUSABLE. Wienerschnitzel (especially the Everett, WA location) is an absolute disgrace. If you’re thinking of eating here, don’t - just run the other way. They’ll steal your money. This isn’t bad service; it’s a borderline criminal operation. Here’s what they did to me: I ordered through their glitchy app, but I entered the wrong zip code by mistake. The app flagged it, so I assumed the order wouldn’t go through - except they charged me anyway. No food, no confirmation, just my money gone. I drove 20 miles from Shoreline (since there’s no location there) to the Everett store to sort it out, thinking they’d help. Big mistake. I showed them the charge on my card - clear proof they took my money. The staff? They denied ever getting the order and refused to lift a finger. I called my bank right there in the store, and the agent confirmed the charge went through. They even talked to the manager, who still said no to a refund or making my food. They didn’t care that their system screwed up - they just wanted to keep my cash. It was disgusting. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a business in my life. This isn’t “poor service” - it’s theft with a side of hostility. I’m out money, time, and patience, and they couldn’t care less. I’m fighting back - filing with the Washington State Attorney General, disputing the charge with my bank, and looking into small claims court. But why should anyone have to jump through hoops because Wienerschnitzel can’t run a basic business? This place is a warning: Their app is a trap, their staff is kind but useless, and their management has zero integrity. If they’ll rip me off and treat me like this, they’ll do it to you, too. Save your money and your sanity - eat literally anywhere else. Wienerschnitzel doesn’t deserve a single star, let alone your business.

Have never been to this location, I came from Southern California, where there was Wienerschnitzel everywhere you can go so I was used to it and raised on it. This location took me back because it is original from 1969 so nostalgic it was pretty awesome to see and go inside. Couple guys were pretty nice inside, service was good. Food was as normal as you can expect from a Wienerschnitzel. You either love or hate it, I happen to love it because this is a bean-less chili on the hotdogs which you cannot find in the Pacific Northwest. I’ve been taking advantage of the four chili dogs for four dollars, which is a ridiculous price to pay for a good chili dog. When I’m in the area, I will keep supporting this location 🌭 This location reminds me of some older Wienerschnitzel‘s. We used to go to in the early 70s in south Los Angeles. I only have been there a couple times in my life as I was from north east Los Angeles and love the location there as well since grammar school in the late 60s early 70s. So happy to see this location is surviving and seemingly doing well. I hope to keep supporting it.

I think the horrified look on this hot dog's face says it all. Maybe we caught them on an off night, but everything we ordered was mediocre at best. The cheese on the fries had partially congealed, and we ate in the parking lot, so it's not that the cheese had time to harden back up. The hotdogs were just okay, we got a kraut dog and a junkyard dog... Why bother when you can get an amazing hot dog from Costco for $1.50? The shake we got was also meh. At least the Pepsi was good. Probably won't be trying this place again, the other reviews really misplaced our expectations, though I thought my expectations were set accordingly for a hot dog chain. 😒😕🌭⁉️

Horrible customer service and hygiene. I came in yesterday to pick up an online order. The place was slammed and the staff was not handling the pressure at all. I saw at least three customers have to come back for missing or incorrect food (the mistakes were corrected but not a single apology was given). One of the other customers pointed out that one employee (turned out it was the manager) was going from handling cash to handling food (uncooked) and food prep equipment (which was used by other employees who were handling cooked food) without putting on gloves or washing his hands but the customer's complaint was immediately dismissed. New customers, including myself, were not acknowledged for between 5-10 minutes, unless it was to be shouted at for there being too many people in the building.

Ten minutes after I arrived, when I finally got the staff's attention (by having to call someone over instead of being greeted at the counter), I was told the order (two chili cheese dogs, a chili cheese fries, and two shakes) would "be awhile," even though the order had been made in advance and was supposed to have been ready for pickup when I had originally arrived. After waiting 10 more minutes they gave me the shakes and then I had to wait 5 more minutes for the rest of the order while the shakes started to melt. During the 15 minutes after I told them I was there for my order, three other indoor customers and a large number of drive thru customers made and received orders.

I likely would have had to wait even longer but after the third customer who had arrived after me (all of whom had bigger orders) had gotten served I complained and asked if my order was coming (I'd been there for 25 minutes and the order had been made at least 10 minutes prior to my arrival). The staff said other orders (drive thru and walk in) had priority. I told the staff that in that case I would no longer come there only to have the manager shout at me for being rude to his staff and that the business wasn't set up to handle that many people. I had used no profanity nor had I belittled their ability (though they'd made multiple mistakes on other customers orders) and even pointed out that I could see the staff was working hard, but that because of the way they were treating me, I would never be coming there again. After making the complaint they finally began assembling the hot portions of the order and I was able to...

If I could give a zero star I would me and my family of 10 eat here two to three times a month and that is a good amount of money to be spent at this facility I pulled up to order our food which is again a lot of food we have a lot of mouths to feed she tells us they don't have enough the worker proceeds to tell us that they do not have enough food prepared for this large order and that it is going to take a minute she asked me at least two or three times if I was sure I wanted to wait I wholeheartedly agreed and ask the worker where does she want me to park and then the worker proceeded to tell me that they were I was fine to just wait in line they then proceed to let me know just wait in line it will be fine I pull around they come to take my payment method which is cash a $50 bill which I have used every time I come in we spend a $50 bill every time we come to this establishment she threw her hands back away from my window saying know they can't accept they don't have change my order came to $ $29 and a couple sense she threw her hands back and an embarrassed me while yelling you don't have a debit card you don't have a debit card to use and no Miss ma'am I did not have a debit card or I would have used it I feel like she just did not want to make my large order I have never been embarrassed or felt belittled as this worker did to me and we frequent this establishment they should put a sign if they run out of change or put a sign out if they're not accepting $50 bills at the order window but the treatment in overall handling of the situation was not right understand it's hot and they may have been busy I truly empathize with that but this worker could have conducted herself in a...
