Ragazzi — Restaurant in Evesham Township

Again - so sad to feel compelled to post a bad review. As a business person if I treated a customer the way me and my family were just treated I would have been out of business a long long time ago. We have been patronizing this restaurant frequently for years. We hadn’t been there in the past few months. Tonight we ordered take out consisting of two chicken cheesesteaks, plain spaghetti with butter a few other items. Needless to say when we got the food home the chicken cheesesteaks had no cheese and the plain spaghetti with butter ( for the kids ) was loaded with garlic. My partner had to call and be inconvenienced to go back there to get new cheesesteaks which they re made. They made no offer of concession on the bill for the inconvenience. When the kids arrived and couldn’t eat the spaghetti I called to speak to the manager who was beyond rude. She was unprofessional and quite aggressive on the phone. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. She had the audacity of wanting me to drive back to the restaurant a second time there so she could see the spaghetti! Are you kidding me ?!?? She also said she didn’t see the original cheesesteaks ( without the cheese ) and needed to see it. Her staff did and agreed the kitchen made a mistake. I am beyond annoyed. Food here is amazing service Is trash the woman that work behind the counter are super ignorant this is not the first time This is just the first time that I’m stating it on a review because I feel as if it needs to be looked into or at least took him into accommodation because this is ridiculous. Food is good at the place 100% service is terrible And I’m editing my review now because I recently came back here and the women at the front desk asked me to remove my review if I’m gonna continue ordering here and I told her that I put in my review that the food is amazing. I like the food it is the rude staff is the reason why I left a review and if I left a review, why would I take my review down? I left it for a reason. So they told me that I am not allowed to eat here no more and that they will refuse my service and I asked for their names. One of them said she does not have to give me anything. I have never been to such a rude restaurant!! First the tall women with glasses - yelled at me when my 4 year old couldn’t make up her mind what flavor of soda she wanted- she said”get to the back of the line if you can’t makeup your mind” - the fountain prices are all the same she just had to charge for a small fountain drink. I was completely polite and said nothing!! A few minutes later the waitress dropped out pepperoni slice out of the oven and it stuck over the oven door and she was attempting to put the stuck slice back together and in our takeout box- I had simply request a new slice!!! She grunted and literally threw another slice in the oven. No problem - I had the time and didn’t mind waiting - answered by a huffing. The slice was heated and I eventually boxed up. I was fine with the whole transaction- I guess they were not!! I positively said “thanks” - no response “thanks” and “thanks”once more!!!
