Pats Select Pizza | Grill — Restaurant in Evesham Township

I was at this place today 7/15 I walked in around 3:30 pm with family I wanted to sit at cabin it was dirty I asked one of the server to please clean it and she brought the wet rag and the way she swept it across the table it became even more stickier and dirty then I went to the counter and asked for napkins so I can clean it my self properly finally we sat and again we were sitting there for good 10 minutes and both server girls were just standing there and chit chatting occasionally looking at our table and didn’t come to our table then finally my husband flagged them and one of them server named ( Maria ) I am not even sure if she gave me her correct name came over and brought the menu we ordered food and the food was served our server Maria didn’t even bother asking for the whole entire time if we need any thing else with that said we got done eating and again as we were sitting at our table waiting and our server Maria was standing behind the counter laughing and chitchatting with her co worker not paying attention that we need help again I had to get up from the table and ask Maria for help . This was the worse experience with a customer service at this place very very disappointed won’t be returning to this place again Pat’s Pizza needs to do better with training there employee’s for customer service.. if there was a choice for a 0 star I wouldn’t have even given...

Victoria our server was fantastic! She kept up with taking our orders, bringing food and asking for what we needed in just the right amount of time, not too often or too long. The food complimented the service. I had the Asian Salmon Salad which very fresh and delicious, the dressing worked well to tie it together. My wife order the Margarita pizza large, which was way too big-making for good leftovers! The crust, sauce, cheese and fresh basil with pepporini we had added was addictive! There was a slight mix up on bringing out the Cheesesteak roll ups and the management for a minor delay took it off the bill. While Pat's does have decent food, we no longer call them when our food order includes pizza.They should have notified us that the style of pizza changed. We ordered a pie, and were very disappointed. It came as a small rectangular pie, however, it was all bunched up/squished at one end of the box. A couple weeks later, we ordered again. We had forgotten they changed the pizza, and accidentally ordered a pie again. Unfortunately this unintended second chance ended with the same results. A small way too crusty pizza, (lots of crust area, in relation to pizza surface) just less substance to it. And again, all squished to one side of the box. This pizza does not deliver well, and seems to have less cheese, and surface area for toppings, and left our family of four...
