Federal Donuts & Chicken Marlton — Restaurant in Evesham Township

I was very excited for this restaurant to finally come to our town and this was my first and last time I’ll be coming here. Most of the staff was very friendly. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich a vanilla bean sprinkle donuts and a Vietnamese coffee. The coffee is delicious, the donut is mediocre at best. The sandwich, however, was really not enjoyable from the first bite. I went up to the cashier and said is it possible for me to maybe just exchange this for chicken tenders cause this is not a good sandwich. She said no I don’t think we can do that, then gave a blank stare. I said well that I’m just gonna get a refund, she then looked at me like I don’t think we can do that either. She’s gonna grab the manager who was clearly visibly irritable from the moment she walked up. I explained the situation and said I didn’t Think the sandwich was very good or even edible. Would it be possible to just exchange it for chicken tenders or get a refund? She rolled her eyes across her arms and said, ummm… I guess so.” Then shook her head, muttered under breath, and as I went to wait at my seat for the order, began to “make Insulting comments about me” to her staff member. Then I saw her go in the back and do the same to the back kitchen staff. I saw and heard it. Most certainly will not be returning. Oh, and here is a tip for a restaurant manager- Don’t drink beverages behind the counter while you’re picking donuts out of the case for people, it’s unsanitary, rude , and disgusting.The chicken tenders were ehh..but the staff who brought them to me from kitchen was...

I just left the Marlton, NJ location and I am extremely disappointed!!!! I have been to several FD locations, including in PA. and have never experienced the terrible Customer Service that I did this evening, Sept. 17th- Wednesday @7:15 PM. The Middle-age female manager, who I have encountered prior is the antithesis of good Customer Service! Horrible! She doesn’t smile doesn’t say thank you after placing my order. I ordered two chicken sliders, which I’ve done many times in the past at this location. It came with a type of hot sauce (she said it was Worcester sauce?!) which I cannot eat! I mentioned this to her. She said this is what comes in the slider. She did not offer to remake the two chicken sliders, let alone refund me for something that I cannot eat since I am allergic to any food that is spicy or contains hot sauce! In Addition, our young staff to young men were not trained properly as well! They weren’t cordial, I saw they smirked when I left some unopened items after cleaning my table (I cleared it myself. It was spotless!) as I exited Federal Donuts! OVERALL IT WAS AHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.!!!! 3 5 - 4... Finally got around to checking this place out. So many mixed reviews so I found out for myself. The donuts were good. I like the warm ones that are fresh made that come with the chicken strips. That one was really good. The chocolate covered one was okay. Probably should have just got a glazed. The chicken itself on the chicken strips and on the chicken sandwich I got was good. It was nice and juicy they make it fresh so it's hot. I like the crispy outside. Chicken sandwich again was good not run out and have to get it all the time good but it was good. Service was outstanding.
