Bella Ciao Pizzeria — Restaurant in Ewing Township

I was very glad to see the deprived students of TCNJ "FINALLY" have a pizza and Italian food place to eat on campus given the campus food at this school is so bad.

Stopped by today and got a pizza and a sandwich. Food was decent, staff was nice, place was clean. The real test however starts when classes are in session so will see how they hold up to the crowds.

In terms of the food it was decent. If I lived nearby I would NOT go here to eat as there are other Italian food options nearby. However, for the students - it was one of the better options around by far. I was also disappointed in the pizza price as $20 for a plain 16 inch cheese pizza is a tab pricey but not ridiculous. Will be curious to see how kids react to the $10-$11 2 slice and a drink lunch special as that is also a tab pricey. The sandwiches we ordered were reasonably priced. My friend and I got a medium pizza and dessert from here the day of their grand opening (half meat lovers and half vegetarian). First thing I want to mention: the management is very attentive. We originally ordered the key lime pie, but since they were out, we got a refund for the dessert and got the tiramisu as a replacement. Despite the store being busy, our order was ready in less than 20 minutes. As for the pizza itself: SO GOOD!! You can really taste the quality of their ingredients. It was like a literal flavor bomb every single bite. The tiramisu was also delicious. The icing wasn't too sweet and the lady fingers were perfectly moist. My college field hockey team had a team dinner here. It was super easy to put our orders in early and the food was hot and ready prior to our arrival. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was reasonably priced for a large group and the menu had enough variety that there is something for everyone. I highly recommend! And, the pizza is...
